BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!! THEY WILL MAKE EXCUSES FOR NOT PRINTING OUT THE LABEL JUST SO THE CAN CHARGE YOU MORE TO USE THEIR PRINTER TO PRINT OUT 1 PAGE WHICH WILL YOU OVER $3!!! NO OTHER UPS STORE IS LIKE THIS WHERE THEY TRY TO NICKEL AND DIME YOU AND THEN GET HAPPY ABOUT IT. ONCE THEY SAID MY PACKAGE WAS NOT TAPED UP PROPERLY (WHICH IT WAS) AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $1 TO USE THEIR TAPE FOR LESS THAN A FOOT!!! SCREENSHOT BELOW OF EBAY TELLING ME UPS CAN PRINT LABEL FOR ME!!
EDIT FOR JEFF OWNER!!! - I CLEARLY HAD IT ON MY PHONE LIKE 99.9% IN AMERICA DO!! YOUR EMPLOYEE FIRST TOLD ME THAT THE LABEL THAT WOULD PRINT FROM SCANNING THE PHONE WOULD NOT STICK ON THE TYPE OF BOX I HAD!! IT WAS A REGULAR BOX FROM EBAY!! WHEN I DIDN'T BUY THAT EXCUSE, HE TOLD ME THAT I NEED A PRINTOUT IN ORDER FOR HIM TO SCAN IT!! I TOLD HIM WHY WOULD I PRINT IT AND STILL NEED THE STORE TO PRINT THE LABEL???!!! HE NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO SCAN MY PHONE, JUST KEPT INSISTING THAT I HAVE TO PRINT THE PAGE FROM THE COMPUTER YOU HAVE SET UP IN THE CORNER OF YOUR STORE!!! FUNNY THING IS THERE WAS 4 PEOPLE WAITING TO PRINT AS WELL!!! DID THEY ALL HAVE IS MISUNDERSTANDING LIKE YOU SAID I HAD!!??? I CALL B/S ON YOUR STORY CAUSE THIS LOOKS LIKE A TOP DOWN MANAGEMENT CALL TO LITERALLY NICKEL AND DIME CUSTOMERS ONLY ITS NOT NICKELS AND DIMES ITS DOLLARS FROM MANY UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS!! FUNNY THING IS I SHIPPED MY PACKAGE FROM ANOTHER UPS STORE AND I TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED AND THEY SAID "YES WE HAVE ALL HEARD ABOUT THAT STORE AND WHAT THEY DO"
THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCING SOMETHING NEGATIVE AT YOUR STORE JUST ME FIRST TIME POSTING ABOUT IT. LIKE YOUR MANAGER DANIEL TELLING ME ONCE THAT MY PACKAGE WAS NOT TAPED UP PROPERLY SO HE COULD CHARGE AN EXTRA DOLLAR FOR AN INCH OF TAPE!!! IT WAS TAPED UP PROPERLY!!!!
I HAVE READ REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS ABOUT THE SAME THING AND I READ YOUR CONDESCENDING RESPONSES WHICH TELLS ME THAT EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT IS TAKING DIRECTIONS TO ACT THAT WAY FROM OWNERSHIP - YOU!!!! I WILL GLADY GO TO ANY OTHER UPS STORE JUST TO AVOID EVER COMING THERE!!!

I would never normally review a UPS Store but MAN, this place was awesome! We had to do an Amazon return for a vacuum cleaner that was broken. The handle was broken and couldn’t detach, and it couldn’t fit in the original package! We tried everything and the Amazon warehouse wouldn’t help (said they didn’t have a box big enough), Amazon customer support didn’t help (just asked us to put in the original package…which we couldn’t do), and even a vacuum store didn’t help (they just said we were out of luck).
We took it here hoping they could give us a box big enough to fit the handle in, and an employee, Johnny, went WAY above and beyond!! He actually took out a screwdriver and took apart the whole vacuum to help us remove the handle and fit it in the original box. He was awesome - I hope he gets a raise because this is the level of customer service you rarely see nowadays. We’ll be coming back here whenever we need to send anything in the future!

The post office have very friendly people who answer any question ✍?
Avoiding this place for sure.

UPDATED AS OF 7/22/24 PLEASE READ OWNER JEFF MORRIS RESPONSE TO MY REVIEW - SO RUDE AND CONDESCENDING. I WILL NOT BRING MY BUISNESS TO THIS LOCATION & I ADVISE THE REST OF YOU DO THE SAME. You sir clearly cannot read, when I know how Amazon returns work, funny of you to assume I do not then blame me for others lack of - when I am certainly not the customer to hold up anyone’s time.. I wasn’t aware that taping up a small bag requires so much exhausting labor but I guess for you and your location along with your employees it does?!!!
AMAZON CUSTOMERS FYI
They charge a $1 fee to tape up your Amazon packages if it is not already sealed. I found this quite annoying and asked the girl cashing me out if this is a new UPS standard at all UPS locations because the one by my house (just happened to be in the area) has never charged me for this. She said it is at this location but does vary based on locations.
When I did live in this area, I can tell you the space is small and cramped and there’s almost always a line. Thankfully mostly everyone there is doing Amazon returns so I didn’t wait to long but mostly annoyed by the up charge to tape a small package when Amazon returns through UPS are always supposed to be

Waited from 10-2 for someone who knows how to use the finger print kiosk- came at 10am then told to come back at 12:30pm- came at 12:30 then was told to come back at 1:30pm- came back at 1:30 then had to wait until a little after 2pm for management because the other two team members said they were not trained on how to do it. The whole time it was 94 degrees outside and had to keep driving back and forth in the humid Florida heat due to being told different instructions each time. Then left to do it by myself with little to no help unless it was verbal. Finally fumbling around to do it imperfectly by myself and finished at 3:30, I left feeling defeated and hopefully what I did was good enough for the onboarding of this new job. Wasted 6 hours of my time for nothing that I can never get back.

This Kirkman location of the UPS Store feels cramped due to its small size, and the frequent turnover of staff can make it difficult to find helpful assistance. It seems their priority is speedy service rather than offering meaningful support. If you require a manager or supervisor, it's best not to count on their availability.

Tajanay incredible customer service super nice and attentive. GIVE THAT WOMAN A RAISE SHE DESERVES IT ❤️. was frustrated with spectrum inability to handle themselves like a proper company and she notice. Made the mood so much lighter please give her an award.
