The worst customer service and they always try to upsell you bags/boxes when they claim items can’t be shipped in what you packaged them in. A problem every time I visit. Only problems with this particular location (unfortunately the location is convenient). Now to drive further.

This was my worst experience. Unfortunately there was a discrepancy with labels. I returned 4 tires and was given 3 receipts and the fourth one was a duplicate. I spoke with the owner and he yelled at me was extremely rude. He found every excuse to blame me for the mishap I should’ve checked the receipts before I left. He refused to help and basically said it was my fault. I returned 4 items I’m only getting credit for 3. This was a simple fix but the owner chose to avoid responsibility and refused to help. No one deserves being treated that way

There are 2 older gentleman in particular that always make me feel uncomfortable when I come in. Bruce, specifically, is always grumpy, never says hello, and always seems to have an attitude. Even the way he handles packages is rough. He has to scan a qr code and if it doesnt scan, hes very dramatic about it. Though he is like this, I always make sure to thank him but he never even says you're welcome. Bare minimum. The other employees are really nice and pretty helpful which is why I even rated a 3. It's like playing roulette with which associate I get when I visit and I always hope I dont get those two, but specifically Bruce. He shouldn't be in a customer service facing role if he wants to act like this. Very unproffesional.

I live walking distance from this UPS store, yet I now use the Altamonte Springs location instead.
If you look carefully at reviews, you'll notice that people are not treated equally at this location by the manager (owner?).

Very stingy store. They charge the most for passport photos out of everybody and they refuse to take UPS coupons.

She is always smiling and helpful.
Jonathan is equally wonderful !
He helped me w a return to Amazon that I wouldn’t have been able to do otherwise . Kudos to whomever hired them! Good JOB THE UPS STORE!

Shipped myself a suitcase that was to be put in a box - that I paid for. I believe the package was shipped as an unlocked suitcase without a box. When you use a UPS Store, UPS puts the onus of investigation on the store. No investigation has been forthcoming and I have not received my package. Think twice before selecting this UPS store.

When going to the UPS store, I always receive the quickest care possible, and it displays the ultimate convenience that UPS provides. Store 6182, in particular, has been my neighborhood store for a couple years, and I am never disappointed when walking in. Not that my requests are complicated, but the associates are always happy to help me, even if our interaction is as long as 10 seconds. I use UPS for my personal and business shipping needs, and I appreciate the speed at which tracking is updated. It makes all the difference, so I will always recommend The UPS Store to my friends.

Excellent service. Helpful and professional. Johnathan and Madison were the best. They take this location to the next level. I have never experienced such helplessness and professionalism at a UPS store as this location. This is our new ups store and will go out of the way to come here just because of this and those two.

Amazing this UPS store. Johnathan and Madison have gone well beyond my expectations. Professional and knowledgeable these two helped me find the best options for my package. My stress level was definitely lower because of them and this store.
I was shipping a 60 x 50 oil painting. I had never shipped anything this large. Johnathan and Madison made it happen with ease and now me and my customer are blessed to have these 2 pro’s.
I highly recommend this UPS store location. Well worth driving an extra 10-15 minutes to come here. A++++ Amazing Service!!!

I was treated extremely poor by employee whose name tag said Bruce. I was there Thursday 4/17/25 to return Amazon items. I explained from the start I had (3) QR return codes total. He was aggravated right from the start! He made me repeat that I had (3) QR codes to process. He then said why does it have to be so difficult to do and why couldn’t there just be one code for the whole return!! I used my phone for him to scan the first code he grabbed one of the bags I had on the counter and when I explained they were the same item but different sizes and I needed to check the code he just scanned on my phone for the size so he could put the right one in the bag he huffed loudly and nastily said you either pick one now or I will pick for you! He then shoved the return in a plastic bag as I was was showing him on my phone it was the other item that went with the that label. After that he scanned the next code and continued to huff even louder and angrily shoved the return in the clear return bag. With the last code he scanned I told him there were 8 items that went with it. I was holding a bag with all 8 items on the counter closer to me and started to put them on the counter two at a time as I got them out of the bag. This man decided to try to grab the bag away from me as he must have felt I wasn’t going quick enough for him. He aggressively shoved the items in the clear bag he was using and started to mumble under his breath of how ridiculous my rerun was. He turned to put the bag aside and was so outright disgusted he keep mumbling under his breath. He then printed out my receipt label and was so over the top aggressive while trying to rip the label out of his printer it was almost comical at that point how horrible this man’s behavior is that the printer was not gonna give up that receipt so easily for him.
Shame on this employee to be so horrible and disrespectful to me as I was nothing but kind to him when I entered and even through his foul behavior during this entire transaction. What made this even sadder of an experience is there were no customers waiting to be helped so he can’t even say he was rushing to get to the next customer.
I will call this store and ask to address this with the Manager of this location. Honestly if they do not want to deal with Amazon returns,, then don’t be an authorized return location. I hope this employee is never met with someone who makes a choice to treat him as poorly as he treated me.
