My parcels are being left at the door after specific instructions to leave in the mail room now I have to reorder them all I am tired of the bad delivery from UPS and now changing to the other Carrier FEDEX

Whoever drives truck 690316 needs to slow down he was seen driving excessive speeds and putting shoppers in danger . Tried to report this to customer service no answer . Location Windermere Florida .
