I was looking for some dress shirts that I can leave untucked and still have that casual look. Walked into this place and Eliz was so helpful. She took her time to show me many shirts and she was very patient. I ended up walking out with four shirts and a great look. It really makes a difference when the people that do their job like Eliz adds that special touch.

I love my UNTUCKit's! They're even better when the customer service backs them up!. I had a fantastic experience at the Orlando store today with both Cheryl and Kenny. I was further assisted by Kenny not even an hour after leaving the store via text with a discount refund and an additional purchase. Thank you both very much!!

Nice open store. Please try on a trial shirt as their shirts are not for everyone, as the cut is on the very slim side.

Service is a joke. 3 people working and not a single one even glanced in my direction. For a place that relies on service to sell anything, it seems unbelievable that I could be in the store long enough to look at every shirt they had, and nobody offers to help.

Rude staff member who was not familiar with men’s shirt sizes. I left and decided I’d shop online instead. Also the store had a small selection.
