From day one, the greet, professionalism, the punctuality of the results after X-rays were done is outstanding!! I will continue coming to get my medical imaging done in this facility even though is an hour way from home. I really enjoy talking to all the staff and their costumer service is Outstanding!!! I will recommend this place to my close family and friends!!

I am so claustrophobic and the girls in the office this afternoon not only helped me deal with my insurance nightmare from hell with getting an urgent exam scheduled the SAME DAY (unheard of), but I’ve never been treated with the utmost kindness and respect from healthcare professionals. I was so scared to do my Brain MRI this afternoon, was so terrified the entire time during the exam but the sweetest tech made me feel at ease the ENTIRE TIME.
Hopefully don’t have any imaging needs for a while but will keep coming back again and again if I do. Echoing the sentiments below. UDI you should be so proud to have such amazing caring individuals on your team. Amazing!! Thank you again UDI team!!!

I went in for an MRI and the visit was simple & quick! Andrea was very patient and helped answer any questions I had, and made me a lot more comfortable with the process!

I am a 68 years old man, went for my MRI on March 13 to their Conroy office-I have had so many MRI’s before also but, this time I experienced something very different but highly human, two young girls Elizabeth and Juliana were outstanding because of my phobia it was very difficult for me to go into the capsule for my test but, these two girls treated me like they would treat their father, calm me down, hold me, gave me water, I had tears in my eyes. UDI should be proud of having such wonderful people working for them.

Excellent customer service. Clara is fantastic! Very efficient and knowledgeable. An example in efficiency and to be followed. I was really impressed with her customer services skills. An asset to the company.

For a patient that has had to go under MRIs, CAT scans, and x-rays along with mammograms. I am grateful that I have found this place every single time I come here the staff is pleasant nice they are fast and efficient courteous understanding I couldn’t of found a better place at all and I’ve been to a lot of facilities and 15 years because of my problems and not once have I ever done a review that was nice until I found this place, I am very happy to work with them in the future. All of the stuff in there are so sweet and nice. I wish I could take them everywhere I go lol there’s not a lot of places that have customer service. I know because I had to work in the field for a very long time but these people you can’t ask for a better, they are the best thank you everybody over there. You guys are awesome.

In a medical setting, as a prospective patient, I am well within my right to question why an attendant at a front desk, where welcoming others, is wearing a mask! If I feel I am suddenly in an environment where I can be exposed to ‘anything’ I can choose to stay or walk away.Here this attendant found insult to my question and placed their attitude in a very unprofessional posture that remained until I walked out the door. Unacceptable! Also unacceptable is the ridiculous amount of repetition in question asking repeatedly to a patient who has been coming to you for decades. All the information is right there in front of ‘they’ and ‘theys’ lack of attention to detail is wholly vacant.45 days ago I was in for a scan and if I say ‘nothing has changed’ even medical insurance or other, it should be accepted and not harassingly pressed to the point of insult. It began on the telephone call to procure an appointment as was time consuming and I was impatient so I asked to speak to a supervisor. This attendant “Poppy” was the most and best professional worker they clearly had. Poorly though telling us that the person asking repetitive questions is ‘new’ or ‘they are needing to follow a prompt from their computer screen to proceed’ is a tired old excuse for lazy employees who should be grateful and accepting for all of our patronage -as we as patients can choose to go somewhere else. Today we choose where we want to go for imaging services, not our doctors! So did you think that by ‘calling’ my doctors office to complain about me, and making false statements about being ‘cursed out’ was not going to escalate this matter? … and pointedly now the focus on your workers unprofessional insecurities and ‘woke-attitude’ to being asked about their masking-up plus too ‘theys’ diva like display now ends with a review telling others to “avoid this location of UDI” -because it’s “far from drama free” and unprofessional representing by employees at the welcome desk.For too many years I chose a location close to home. I found many times wonderful technicians and staff excellent to visit and professional and welcoming. Nothing lasts forever. I will not revisit this center again and I will proclaim to nearly everyone that they should choose another company. Funny though how ‘one employee’ can create such change so negatively that it becomes a beacon of warning to others.

My mother in law had an mri with Elizabeth. She wanted to make sure I made it known that her experience with her was so pleasant and professional. She Will definitely return to get her imaging done at UDI.

Great experience. Short wait in reception area and cheerful welcome by receptionist. Tech specialist was professional and also very welcoming. Was very knowledgeable about my needs and very caring about my comfort. Highly recommend UDI.

The staff went above and beyond to help me get thru the mri. I have been to many imaging services and this staff is by far the best.If I ever need to have it done again , I will for sure go here.

I visited this place today September 14 2022Place is absolutely gorgeous and clean ,stuff in front very comfortable with patient’s and famously overwhelming to bread everyone who approached to themFirst hand experience with x- ray technician Marie ( I am apologizing if I am misspell name) reach first class experience with professional level as well as costumer approach.This days is hard to find combinations of professionalism and humanity. Certainly this facility provides an excellent service as far as imaging , Xrays , .... However I would highly caution anyone doing business with them to be on your high alert as far as their billing practices , they have billed me for the whole bill of 170 $ and refused to submit it to my healthy insurance who was willing to pay the bill . All my attempts with them to resolve this issue have failed , they have ignored every attempt . So this is NOT a business that I would trust .Scroll down and you would see how other customers were totally dissatisfied with this facility .
