Staff closed the gates at 8:50PM, kids just wanted to buy Harry Potter shirts but they won’t allow us in. It was a fun trip until the end. Disappointed.

I bought a $40 Lego at your mco airport store in terminal 3. While checking I told the agent that I am in a rush to catch my flight and she said 42.50. I paid and walked away only to realize that she charged me twice for the same item. I had to run back to get it removed and there was no apology nothing, just a ‘the system does it sometimes’. If the system does it, then why did she call out $42.50. Shame on you Orlando resorts for having such cheats in your store. This is being so ridiculously cheap!

I was inside Orlando Airport. I was bored and had time to kill. I was waiting for my coworker to get thru TSA. I have pre-check, he does not. Because of the line, I knew it would take him quite a long time to get thru it. I decided to go into this Universal Studios Souvenir store because there was nothing else to do, and I decided to get some stuff for my family and I. I looked around the store and got some stuff for my brother and my mom. Also bought myself a Jurassic Park shirt. Still remember the original movie fondly.Is it pricey? Yes! But hey, you have to expect that coming to this type of store.

Called and checked with the website to confirm store hours were 7AM-9PM. Currently 7:15, waited for them to open since 6:50AM.

I look forward to coming to this store every time I am at MCO! It is the perfect way to get that last-minute shopping in just in case I missed something at the parks or if I went to Disney or another resort instead of Universal. They have a small but nice variety of character and themed goods, Harry Potter, Despicable Me, Simpsons, Superheroes, etc... They also sell the themed candy that we love and cannot get at home, like the Potter candy or the fun themed chocolate bars. It is not a trip to the airport without stopping here and reliving one last moment of fun before returning home. My kids love it too, we spend a lot of time here waiting for our flight.

I am confused .is the universal stores at the airport open or not ? On here it has hours and says it is but on the airport website it says temporarily closed . I am coming end of July. Please help ! I was at these stores in July 2016 and was great. I am hoping to go before I leave to go home and get a few Harry Potter candies .
