I am uncertain as to what’s going on with that tall scruffy-head looking black dude. Looked like someone who just woke up with his unkempt looking hair/head and definitely does not want to be bothered. Without a smile, his Customer Service acumen surely seemed off-putting. And this has nothing to do with race, as I am also of a similar descent. But I know enough and was Customer Service trained to know, that it is in a business’s best interest, not to be sarcastic/rude to your Customers. A more welcoming approach is the right and best way to go. Having a bad day is entirely your prerogative, even if this was the case. Telling a Customer in a rude undertone, the price is right there, more than once and also pointing to the price tag as if he is sarcastically telling me, you should have seen it! As he continued his meltdown, I immediately stopped talking to him and helped myself. Right after he walked away and subsequently stood on my opposite side, I could equally hear that rude undertone in his voice, as he spoke to another Customer. It is hoped that the Proprietor/Manager of this business will view this message and remind him that he is in a place of business and ought to conduct himself accordingly. This is my second visit. In no uncertain terms, he silently told me that he is not approachable. His attitude and body language stunk to high heavens, yesterday, September 17th, 2024. Conversely, the ladies did their job.

Do you really need to assign a guy with flu to the cashier?
He needs to work, you can assign 100 additional tasks, instead of him being upfront all customers sharing the flu, is not his fault, is yours as a company/manager.

On day 8/16/2024 around 6:30pm(day posted because I don’t want anyone else talking responsibility other than the managers on this shift) I went to do a shopping with 3 other people at the store,and we were told about the policy implemented,that we are not allowed to buy more than 5 items of the same style,but the funny thing is that the manager considered the 4 of us as one single and let us do only one transaction,even though the policy said per athlete or person he refused to sell to the other 3 people,from time to time I purchased in bulk (as they call it when you buy more than 5 items of the same) and never this happened before,end of the story we didn’t get to buy what we needed because he refused to sell us,and he called security and ckick us out of the store,please can someone explain this “manager” how to do costumer service and how does the policy work?Thank you
