Very poor customer serviceI have been ordering thousands of dollars for my storesThey messed up one order and send me defective glass shelves that I had to return and wait on a new shipment which had issues toThere mistakes caused me to open my new store two weeks late which cost me a lot in revenueI called them back and requested for a manager who was helping with my account to call me back but the three managers Aubrey then Amanda and finally Kristin refused to take my request or to provide me with the name of the manager that was helping me in the past, and all three were talking to me like I was a nuisance for themLast time I checked, I was a customer of their companyVery poor customer service skills the management haveI know that when I have issues with my customers and that it’s my fault. I make sure to make it up to them.I have been trying to get in touch with just one manager that cares about their customers, but I haven’t found one after spending three hours on the phone todayI may very well never order again, and I would rather spend more money ordering from a different company in the futureGood job uline

Horable! sent me 4000 pee yellow bags (all returned )and kept charging my card. To this day still not received credit! Fraud DO NOT TRUST THEM SMALL BUSINESS BE AWARE
