Horrible associates, I had friends coming from Dallas to shop there and the personnel treated them terrible, horrible, disrespectful, disgusting, fire them all!! This is Orlando, we rely on tourism, these people are the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!!

Today my friends who came to visit from Dallas Texas and I who live here in Orlando FL have had the worst experience in this store. I really went at 12 noon to do some shopping and the lady treated me extremely badly since I I arrived and she even charged me extra after realizing it, my friends went at 840pm and there was another lady serving according to her manager and she had a super bad treatment even lack of respect with my 2 friends. I hope this reaches the people who should see them because everyone We need to work but we have to do it with love. Customer service in this country is very good and especially in this city, I am really quite amazed. Those people do not deserve to be there. I wish I had the opportunity to talk to the store managers. Thank you.

Very poor experience, purchased 2 bags on sale , stepped outside the shop checked the bags and found the zips damaged , tried to return them but the Lady in customer service told me no refund on sale items and pointed to the end of the receipt . I explained that they were damaged and showed her but still she refused to take them back very disappointing service.

Terrible service by Gabriela R, she really didn’t want to be there. No fitting rooms which was super weird and aggressive personal that make faces to you while you are only trying to shop. Want to keep losing costumers? Keep doing what you are doing. Do not recommend AT ALL.

Business owner "Emilio" doesn't know what is going on with his customer service or just ignoring the situation based on his Google reviews.
Representatives , very unfriendly and the shop is very messy mostly the whole shop has many items unfold and difficult to identify the size.
Tattoo man behind the counter decides no to share an insignificant $1 bag after buying 3 different items also my partner was about to buy more items, but after the ridiculous attitude of this guy she decided no to buy any item and at the end I ask for my money back and the sale was ended. All this for a $1 bag ?

Very bad customer service today my wife was told 1 minute upon buying at checkout and then she started serving someone else who just walked in.

If there were 0 in the rating, that would give today's cashier 06/01/2023. I traveled from Sanford to that store and arrived at 8:50pm. As I passed, the girl closed the door and my pregnant wife and my daughter were left outside the store because, in her natural slowness due to pregnancy, she arrived at 8:53pm. At 8:55pm he told me that I had to close the cash register and pay now or come back another day. I understand that the store closes at 9pm and he wanted to leave but it is not the service treatment that should be given, I have never been treated so badly. Hopefully the owner of that store sees this message and verifies his customer service staff...

Bad customer service! First time in my life that I can't make an exchange for something I bought online in the same store! The girls at the checkout have excellent service but the sellers have super bad service... they don't even know the quality of the shirts they sell! I asked them if they knew if the fabric was anti-wrinkle and they didn't even know what that was? As a seller, the first thing you should know is the product you sell! I do not recommend going to this store!

Both my partner and myself were purchasing a few presents today, I believe we were spending a total amount of $150 in 2 separate transactions. My partner paid first, and after paying he asked the young guy at the till if he could have an extra bag as they were presents for 2 different people. He got a very unfriendly, rude reply, NO. Bags are $1. At that point my partner said that we could easily buy one item and come back 40 minutes after to buy another one and get another bag and he replied that if we went into the store a second time he wouldn't give us another bag as he would remember our faces ???. That was way too funny and ridiculous. At that point my partner asked for a refund, not because of the $1 but because it doesn't make sense this weird policy they have with bags. My partner asked the young guy at the till "so, do you prefer loosing a sale of around $150 (between the both of us) than giving me an extra bag?" The reply was YES.This message is to the manager Emilio: you should really double check your selling strategies as clearly something is not working out for you. If your sales representatives prefer losing $150 in sales for not giving ONE EXTRA $1 BAG you clearly are not an intelligent manager/owner. You should find new strategies and teach your employees not to loose any sales at all. It's very sad how your Google page only has bad reviews, and mostly regarding rude customer service and $1 bags! A $1 bag to you maybe costs a few cents, but a loyal customer coming to your store every month spending around $150/$200 each time is worth so much more!!!!! We will now find another U.S. polo assn. Store to shop.Store was an absolute mess.
