Update 1/7/24: Just got a call from Management and they are working on rectifying the situation. Responsiveness with management is on point.This location rented me a truck January 6, 2024 with an apparent electrical issue. Also a trailer with non working lights. (Likely due to the electrical issue with the truck.)Once I arrived at my destination to drop off my vehicle I was towing, the rental truck wouldn't turn back on. I called the UHAUL which i rented from. They referred me to a QR code in the paperwork for roadside assistance. I called to schedule, then sat and waited for over an hour for Roadside. Finally the mechanic showed up to get me back on the road. I went straight to UHAUL to drop off the truck once I had the vehicle unloaded. Due to being afraid the truck would leave me stranded again.I have a 24 hour rental and was only able to utilize the vehicle for a few hours. This left me with about 20 hours of lost rental time. This was extremely frustrating due to me having other things i needed to accomplish with this rental.I demand a refund or a free rental for my inconvenience ! Have your GM or Director of Operations call me!

I have been doing business with U-Haul for 8 years and have never been disappointed with service, staff, truck rentals, and clean a/c storage bins. They took care of me, my mother, and my sister when we needed them. A special thanks to Frankie and Kino for their help and understanding. I will return to do business ? one day.

Dropped off a buddy and had a quick tour of the facility. Located in a quiet private area and was easy access beyond the gates with a nice escorted mutual friend that had a storage unit.

Franklyn is the absolute GOAT! Cut us a great deal and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with UHaul. I know for a fact which location I’m going to next time.We arrived at this location realizing we had driven to the wrong UHaul store. Franklyn took care of us and made life so much easier. Got us a better truck, better deal, and was so incredibly polite and helpful. I’ve just moved here, so the truck was needed. Franklyn made moving SO MUCH EASIER! Thanks Franklyn!

Renners please be aware Franklyn the store manager Operator at this location is the most disrespectful person you’ll ever deal with at Uhaul I spent thousands of dollars on her personal account and on my business account I’ll stick to not going to Uhaul I prefer to use Penske and budget from now on I’m so sorry they lost a valued customer. The gentleman that initiated the rental was super nice.

Based off of the U-Haul rental and storage location at 7803 N Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando by Rose Ave. Frank has been very helpful and every time I need their services I feel welcome and at ease! Any issue they do what they can to help! Every employee is courteous and professional. Would recommend this particular location For Sure!!

I have rented with U-Haul many times, from trucks to auto-haulers. I just had one of my worst non-customer service experiences. From the moment I arrived, I said hello and did not receive a "hello" as an answer, the person who told me in an arrogant way to be the manager, from the beginning had the intention not to rent me. Bad attitude, did not want to speak, she answered in a sharp, grotesque and indecent way. She even objected that my license was invalid when it was officially issued and is perfectly valid. In the end she achieved the goal, not renting me so I had no choice but to come to another U-Haul location and rent as I have done several times. I am a decent and patient person but I do not wish this bad experience to anyone, if it is a recommendation, look for another location to rent unless you ensure that the manager at that time, is in a good mood.

I reserved a 15' truck days in advance for an important move. When I arrived and checked in I was presented a 22' truck and was told they did not have the one I reserved in advance in a long on-line process. The other truck was too big for either end of my move hence the fact I RESERVED A 15' TRUCK! They were happy to make me drive in morning traffic to Altamonte to get the size truck I reserved and acted like it was just around the corner.THANKS U-HAUL FOR RUINING A WELL PLANNED DAY ... YOU COST ME SO MUCH AND DID SO LITTLE!Look elsewhere ... These folks suck!
