This Branch sent an email letting me know that the Cargo Van RESERVED was not available anymore almost a day before our move. Instead, they told me, Oh, we have a giant truck for you. We don't need a bigger truck. If we would need a big one, we would have reserved that in the first place. I’m not renting here ever again. U-Haul, you can do better!

Btw....U-Haul encouraged me to copy and paste my feedback here so I will:The check-out (getting the vehicle) was easy because I had the owner handling me. The return was mildly irritating because the attendant wasn't in the office, then spent a whole bunch of time in the bathroom. Finally after I call an hour later asking where my final bill was, she probably then hits "send" because I got it then immediately. Anyways, I guess the owner knows what's going on. Obviously one of the staff seems in their own world on their own schedule.

This store has poor customers service and staff is not knowledgeable. For example, I needed to drop off an item to my storage unit but it's been several months since I was last there and my gate code wasn't working, so I asked one of the staffers if they're able to tell me the number of digits the gate code should be. The lady said "6". I then told her I entered six digits. One of the other staffers overhead my conversation and after proving info to confirm my identity, she provided me with the first digit of my gate code. So it's a "5" digit access code, not "6". Now, I'm in an urgent situation since I'm currently out of the country and my wallet, phone and laptop have been stolen. Using a computer at an internet cafe, I tried to reach out to this store by email to see what my alternative options are since I'm still waiting on my new bank card to arrive and I don't want to loose this unit. I received an email that not only didn't show any empathy towards my situation as it just said "call me". Horrible support! Staffer clearly didn't read my email or can't read because I was clear that my phone was stolen and that I'm outside the U.S. currently. I requested that my email be forwarded to someone in management who would be able to assist. I've just been ignored. I have no idea if any competent person will actually reach out to me by email in order to assist me in figuring out how to best keep my account in good standing.

This was my first time ever renting a U-haul, I was given keys and told which U-haul was mine. I wasn’t aware there was dolly’s on them already. Returned it the next morning as scheduled and after got a call saying the dolly is missing. She didn’t ask me or anything, spoke in a nice tone but assumed I took it. Explained I never used and wasn’t aware that there was even a dolly. Like don’t assume ask.

Sad I had to give a star rented equipment Gentleman was rude didn’t greet. Very unprofessional and no customer service. Lady was nice and pleasant.

Just rented a space last minute and they were very helpful, professional and courteous over the phone and in person. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s in need of truck rental and storage.

Everything went smoothly, they had the truck ready and everything. The black lady in the store is very nice and helpful. Can’t say the same thing about a white old lady, who was there when I was returning the truck. She’s the rudest person I’ve ever seen. She shouldn’t be working with customers. And it happens it wasn’t only me, I was telling a friend who recently moved too, and he had the same bad experience with that woman. So to U-Haul management, it’s time to get another employee, just make sure he/she is like the black young woman who assisted me when picking up my rental.

Very nice staff and quick service. The lady on the front desk was super nice and very helpful. The truck I rented was clean and ready when I picked up and worked without any issues. Drop off was quick and painless with a final receipt in my email within minutes. Highly recomend this location.

Good storage place, they definitely make sure to keep everything clean and neat in their units. They have carts to help load and unload when needed. It has been easy to pay and they always have been very nice and helpful anytime I have a question about some.Like more U-Haul storage they also have supplies and you can get rent the trucks.

I had a hard time trying to find an specific size of box that ran out of stock in different locations, but Naudya Sinanan was really proactive and instead of just saying that they didn’t have the box ? I was looking for, she started making calls to help me. She was really helpful, and after two calls she found a location that had this boxes available. I really appreciate your actions to provide the best support for a costumer like me. Thank you very much, Naudya Sinanan! Your hard work is really appreciate by me, and certainly by many other costumer!
