I had an unpleasant experience with customer service. The people who were there on the day were unfriendly and had no desire to work. As it was my first time renting a moving truck, I didn't know the place. Lack of sensitivity on the part of workers. I hope I don't need your service anymore or I'll look for another address next time. Regards

Please Provide an after hours access code to your customers for possible late returns. It was a nightmare checking in the vehicle on the website. It took me to another person’s account in NY and wanted me to bring the vehicle to Queens, NY. After finally getting into my account, I discovered that I was not provided an access code to get behind your secured gate to return vehicle and keys. I wasted time looking on the paperwork provided and on website. I finally called the 24 hr U-Haul customer service line and was helped beautifully by the young lady on the phone. She even stayed on line with me until I was able to secure the vehicle and keys. I was also charged double for the truck. I’ve never had such a stressful experience with a U-Haul location.

Big scam artist. They said one price and then when we dropped off the vehicle they wanted to charge me more. Now today they tried to charge my card again. Thankfully there is no money on their. Don't go here. Wish I would have done a rental car instead.

The office manager Josh provided great customer service when we needed it, and is friendly to guest. I’ve rented trucks a couple of times now, and I did everything through the app. So far, I have not had any issues.

KJ or Khalil I believe was the representative who attending us but he was not helpful at all.He sounded condescending from the beginning and we didn't know why he was talking to us the way he was.He kept repeating "so what am I saying?" "Listen carefully" "repeat what I'm saying" like we are kinds. We were listening to him and still didn't understand so asked questions and instead of rephrasing it he kept saying the exact same thing just to tell us that we are not listening. We were so confused.Also, receptionists seemed like they hated being there. No customer service whatsoever.

Love the U-Haul app, checked in with Valentina fast quick and efficient. Drop off was also quick and easy. Will be back!

As soon as I walked into the office, this nice gentleman named Kalil came to me and started asking me questions regarding my reservation so he could help me out. He was very polite, respectful, and professional. Every time I answered his questions, he was like “cool cool, yeah yeah” lol. That was very funny. He has great customer service skills. He make the process easy and fast.
