Recently, I just visited the Trustco Bank branch located at 12901 East Colonial Drive, Orlando, FL 32826, and I must say that it was a positive experience. This visit was like a night and day difference compared to my earlier experience at another branch earlier in the day.The staff at this branch displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and it was clear that the team was committed to providing excellent customer service.I needed assistance with various banking transactions, and the staff members were not only knowledgeable but also patient in addressing my questions and ensuring that all my needs were met. They went the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer.I left the branch with a sense of satisfaction, knowing that Trustco Bank continues to uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism, despite my negative visit earlier at Maitland branch. Mentally impaired physically disabled. I am getting into coin collecting and called about how to do that going forward through this bank and after spending less than 5 minutes on the phone I was being rushed to get my questions answered because they had other people waiting to speak with them who are account owners.How do you bring in new customers if you don't have time to explain how your bank works even to someone who is disabled? I did notify the rep. about my disability before we began speaking.I am sorry but I cannot trust a bank that doesn't have time to deal with me or speak to me to make informed decisions with my money.***TrustCo replied to my review to contact there customer service, I did. They did not know what to do. Why have me call to clear up an bad experience to then show no empathy or care? Please TrustCo do not waist anymore of my time since your reply was hollow.

I gave this branch 3 stars because the staff is pleasant and Carmen is awesome. However Trustco Bank in general is terrible. I made a deposit from a Canadian Bank and was sent a letter the following day saying the deposit amount was removed from my account so the bank could request the funds directly from the Canadian bank. I was informed more than 2 weeks later that IT COULD TAKE UP TO 40 DAYS TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE CHECK AMOUNT! That's no typo - 40 DAYS! (I've been waiting 24 days so far.) Someone needs to inform Trustco Bank that they don't need to drive a horse-drawn covered wagon to Canada to get my funds! This is 2023!This is just one of several negative instances I've had with this bank. All banks offer reasonably similar products and services, so if you have any choice stay away from Trustco - all branches.

We recently decided to use Trustco bank for our new vehicle loan once our car was scheduled for delivery and decided to use this Trustco location for that transaction. Their loan rates were better than what the dealer was offering us so we decided to use Trustco, but needed a quick turn-around due to my vehicle delivery date. The process was very easy and was smooth from start to finish. Carmen handled our transaction and kept us updated every step of the way! I would highly recommend this location if you are in the market for a loan or new branch to work with as everyone is very helpful and friendly there.

I have been having with Trustco for a few years now and finally decided to share my experience. Carlos, Carmen and the other staff at this location are incredible. When customer service has disappeared everywhere else they continue to go above and beyond. I highly recommend Trustco and especially Carlos and his crew.

Cannot thank the brach manager/loan officer; Carlos Cedeno, enough. Purchasing this home with Trustco 2 years ago was pretty easy. Trustco is a great lender to work with, and I highly recommend them. Refinancing this home with Trustco, and my guy Carlos, was even easier. Carlos kept all of his promises. He was easy to reach, and on the rare occasions I had to leave a message, Carlos's follow-up was timely. My closing today was incredibly easy, and I happily recommend Carlos and Trustco to anyone looking for a great bank to patronize.

I submitted a mortgage application on May 28, informing them that I was a bit on a time crunch, and they assured me that would be fine and they could get me an estimate quickly. I then endured 2 full weeks of "I'll call you in an hour" and "I'll be reaching out soon" and "we're working on it" with no phone calls, and me needing to continuously call to find out about my application. I wanted to go with trustco and after the agent telling me that things looked promising with the application, I decided to wait for them, while my other rates were increasing.
