Came in to cash a check I received for Christmas. Walked in and was helped by Hector he was very rude to me and never explained why I need to give them both my ID and a bank card. Just gave me a nasty look and attitude .Which thank god I have a bank card.He was rude the entire transition. Didn’t really speak me to me but had everything to say to the lady who was standing next time him. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a bank that requires a bank card to cash a check. I get if it’s for security reason but I’ve never heard of that, super weird.

Worst experience.. teller are very rude and poor customer service. Never coming here again. They write your ur credit card number behind your checks.. Future customer be aware do not come here..
