I went into the bank to close my account but instead deposited a large sum of money. That was because I spoke with Debbie Bagloo at the downtown office; she was knowledgeable and helpful about my banking needs. She also was involved in getting my online account working.

I decided to open an account here and glad I did. This is the friendliest bank in Orlando, everyone is great. So I needed a second account, and choose to this bank again. The manager Brandon is fantastic. He is a true pro who works incredibly hard and puts his customers first.

This Branch has the BEST employees ever. They provide excellent personal customer service and beyond always. Thank you for the personal touch that nowadays you don’t get elsewhere.
