“I have a storage unit here some time ago. And all tho there werent any issues or anything, I recently got a new unit here and the difference is night and day. Was painted, theres no spider webs, and the woman that works there, Sheri I believe her name is, couldnt be any better. She is helpful, polite, effecient and above all, I occasionallt see her out on property either cleaning, or just speaking with customers. I know corporate companies tend not to recognize the day to day things, but if they were smart, they would do what they can to keep her or at least do something to show their appreciation because she has turned this place around. If were gonna call out bad things, we should reward exceptional ones too. Great job Sheri!!”

“I had originally reserved a truck through Budget but was informed the day of pickup that they did not have any trucks. Frantically searching online I found that this location would have a truck for me to pick up same day. However when I drove the truck home and looked at it in comparison to all my stuff I became worried it wasn't big enough. I called the national U-Haul number and they were able to see that there was a bigger truck available for me to swap. I went back and the process was so easy. Everyone was really nice and I was able to quickly and easily get the truck I needed. It was a real lifesaver during a stressful day and whenever I need to move things I will only use U-Haul now.”

“I wish I remembered the name of the very kind lady that helped us out. Long story short... She took a return from us that was not scheduled, this location had nothing to do with our rental. I called looking for a way to get rid of the rental with 20 minutes before close and she went out of her way to accomodate our poor planing. She saved the day!”
“I bought a 7x7 plastic shed and Kevin delivered it..by himself with just a dolly and noted it up steep driveway through gates and 30 ft of soft sand and dirt and layed it on top of the previous sheds bricks. THIS KEVIN IS SUPERMAN!! 300LBS PLUS AND JUST HIM

“One way rental to Valdosta ga. Truck ran great. Was charged $45 extra when i returned the truck. Attendees said it wasn't full although i filled it up half a block away. I drive trucks for a living for 35 yrs. So i know how to top of fuel tank. Other than that everything else was good.”

“Very organized, very communicative and the front desk staff and the staff helping get the truck out were positive, energetic, keen and helpful. The drop off was super fast and easy as well. Great experience. One thing to note, when reserving the rental online, the U-haul makes it very scary saying that insurance companies do not cover truck rental damages, and to pay their $15 to cover this. I called my State Farm agent and State Farm does, that will save you $15. Otherwise, it is super affordable!”
