I greatly appreciate the workers. They care about their jobs and you can tell. We just wish more was in stock but sadly management had zero authority.

I was in your store today and was going to the self check out but there was a female employee standing there talking to other Home Depot workers@1:23pm. I figured she was working. I waited and then walked to the self checkout and that same young girl moved in front of me and said sarcastically, "sorry I'm first."She then stopped talking and walked in front of me. Here is a basic question, in this case should she be first while she was talking and not paying attention to the self checkout area? I say she was rude!!!

Your classic home improvement store. It is huge and probably has everything home related you can ask for. The workers there are very nice and helpful as well.

We had a good experience at this location recently. We had a specific interest in the nursery and getting some bold, colorful plants for our entry. They were stocked with a lot of healthy looking and vibrant specimens. We definitely recommend this location.

I was dealing with a new washing machine, delivered to my home, that was faulty. I needed it to be replaced. After making many calls to Home Depot and not getting any closer to resolving the issue, I drove to the store and met with Jaunita Dept#70. She quickly took charge and resolved the situation at hand. Great Customer Service!! In fact she saved Home Depot's reputation with me!! I left the store feeling like Home Depot was a great place to shop for your appliance needs! Thank you Jaunita Dept #70. You deserve medal! You were my hero today!

On Black Friday we decided to exchange all our appliances at Home Depot, we paid in cash. Delivery was made on the 26th of January. We received the microwave with dent's on the door and the fridge was left in my garage, as it was necessary to change the water regiatro and we did so on the same day. We have rescheduled the installation of the refrigerator for January 28th from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. I didn't go to work to receive the professionals and to my surprise they didn't show up, they didn't ring the bell (ring) and they weren't located either by the 8 cameras I have around my house, 4 just towards the street. They claim that they came at 7:00 and sent a message to my husband's cell phone, when the right thing would be to ring the bell (ring). Now they can only come again, according to the call center on February 3th…. one more week. I'm writing to show my outrage with Home Depot, it was my first and last purchase with you. At Best Buy I never had any problems. Orlando-FL.

Lumber department I’ve been waiting about 40 min to get a piece of lumber cut. I have ask like 5 employees they all help in calling someone to attend but no one shows. I asked if anyone can help me because I’ve been waiting so long and said that I should wait again. I asked to speak to manager he said not his problem I leave in 10 min anyway. This is the first time this has happened so it’s not normal but after so much time this is crazy

Customer service is always a hit or miss. Love Home Depot, just needs to hire some representatives that care for the job or pretend to care for the employees

Home Depot Team, In all my life I have not gone through such a degrading situation as the one I went through in the yesterday in your Store. More than 2 weeks ago I went to the Home Depot of South Chase (Store #6328) in Orlando, FL. To purchase some vinyl laminate flooring (Home Decorators Collection Harvested Marble 12 in x24 / Model # VRHDHARMA / Internet SKU:310178688 / Store SKU: 1005019891), that amounted to more than $2,000.00. The invoice was sent to me by email and they informed me that all my materials will arrive maximum 3 weeks. I then contracted the company that would install the floors and gave them a deposit. About a week & half after Home Depot sent an email that the floors arrived 11/15/2021. I rented a truck to pick up the floors when I arrive they inform me that they are not there yet so I had to return the rental for a loss. On 11/16/2021 we received notice that the merchandise had arrived. After waiting for 2 hours for assistance. The Floor Dep Rep informs me that the order was canceled because the floor model no longer exists in the system. I questioned if that is so why is still being advertised for purchase on the sales floor? The Rep then says we had purchased a clearance item and the price had changed to 20 more dollars per box if we wanted it. I then told the Rep they had just said it was discontinued. They proceeded to say that all they could do was refund the purchase instead of honoring the agreed purchase receipt. You don't know what emotional damage is, my husband took a vacation for the installation of those floors, I Canceled a thanksgiving trip to be home for the installation of the floors. This was a waste of my time & money, for you to tell me that that model is no longer in-stock, why didn't the staff advise me before they sent me an email to pick up my order. Is this way you treat a client of yours? Who has a Loyal member for over 8 years? I will be taking my business else where and advise family and friends of the same. Diana Batista

Was looking for new flooring. Came from the millennia mall Home Depot to this Home Depot since they had more available. One person was available this Monday morning at the flooring desk. The manager on duty was paged four times and we waited about 20 minutes for him to get there. Waited about an hour to place a flooring order of $3000. HUGE shoutout to Maritza for the big help. She juggled 4 customers at once. Rick was the manager that assisted, he also looked flustered. In the end, I placed the order. Thankful for maritza.

Never have what I need, they customer service sucks. You ask for help for a project and they look at you weird. I even went there to hire them for a blind job and they couldn't care less about that...

Worst costumer service ever! The employees were super rude, I had to ask for help 3 times because no one would help! I bought a palette of white marble rocks and after they left me waiting for 30 minutes, they told me they would use the forklift to put them in my truck but they never came back

I was at this store recently and was able to help myself to a great extent. Then I sought help and waited about 30 minutes for someone to show up as I needed help with a shower door. Finally, I called the stores main number, whoever answered made an announcement over the loud speaker and yet no one came to aid. Every single person whom I asked for help told me that was not their department. Excuse me? Not courteous at all. They walk around like they're at some country club and pay no mind to customers. If that's not your department, then stay in your department so that you could help people when they need help. Or please have your employees wear a sign that identifies which department or what their specialty is. They deliberately ignore you. Then when someone decided to speak to me he spoke to me like I'm some sort of contractor. If I am asking for help, I'm not a contractor. Use your brain.
