Purchased over 15k worth of equipment on one job and these guys sold us equipment that would not work. Instead of telling us that the equipment would need an accessory to make it work they delivered the equipment, knowing that it would not perform without a particular plug instead of doing the honorable thing and delivering the plug within a timely manner, so we could complete our job without having the customer second-guessing, whether or not this equipment will perform. They decided to sit around and instead of picking up the phone and calling us and let us know that we have to pay for The plugs which only cost $6 each. They waited until our office had to call and find out if the plugs are going to be delivered. I at this point our customer has no faith in this equipment. These guys need to be retrained.
