I feel like the store is a hidden gem in the city. I don’t hear many people speak about the store in general, unless you are in those groups big into apparel or sneakers.
The store itself is set up dope. It’s a two story commercial store front with a boutique style setting. The stores ambience is chill and relax.
Shoes and apparel are on display on the first story and more upper echelon clothing brands are housed up stairs.
Anytime I pop up to the store customer service from the staff is second to none. I’m a firm believer business culture trickles down from leadership, which the GM, Farhana (I think I spelled her name correctly) appears to have a big part in the employees disposition.
I have caught a couple L’s on the snkrs app which have led me to catch a few W’s at the trophy room.

The team here really knows about the sneaker and street wear culture. They are well knowledgeable on the trend of fashion and was very informative on assisting me with my shopping experience. The decor is beautifully laid out and the selection they had were plentiful but if they didn't have my size they were on top of it to order it for me to make is seamless. The Store Director Farhana was extremely inviting and she really made it an experience for me and my friends. Much kudos to her and her team! Well job and will definitely come back to shop the new drops!

Trophy Room in Downtown Orlando is a great store with friendly staff and management. They have all the latest drops as well as raffles for more hype sneakers. They also hold great events there as well, an Orlando Magic Vintage Pop-Up event and even a Whisky Tasting. In addition to sneakers they have a great selection of clothing with more exclusive items located in their loft. All around a great experience.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They let me know when there is an upcoming promotion, sale or special release. The store is very clean and well merchandised.
