Place is clean, people are friendly. Most items a little pricey not the items advertised in the windows. Those items are fewer and cheaper material. But with the price of disney merchandise now in their parks and stores, this place has nice items. Worth the visit.

The shirts were over priced. The woman behind the counter, basically ignored us and was texting on her phone; before checking out the items I was going to purchase. She is lacking customer service qualities.

I came in the store to shop for souvenirs. I came looking specifically for t-shirts, so that’s what I did. While I was trying to look at the shirts, I also tried to refold them. The worker ripped them out of my hand and made rude comments to me when I tried to do so. When I got up to the cash register, the lady was very talkative to the people before me but she only gave me dirty looks. Overall, the selection of the shirts was great but bad customer service.

This is one of the nicest gift shops to visit.Great variety of items and great prices. The people that work there are always very friendly. We have been there a couple of times. We will be back.

I am so bummed I didn't come here first before shopping at Disney for some of my items. There were so many great items here and prices were just as good. I found a few cute loungefly bags I loved, but I had just purchased one yesterday. Bummer. They offer clothes, toys, purses, and so much more. Definitely stop here before shopping inside the parks.

This is a really nice shop.Great staff, relaxing comparatively to the hustle and bustle across the street ;) came in and the shop keeper helped us quickly find what we were looking for, Minnie ears :)

I love this place!!!! Very clean and they have so many items to choose from! And they have reasonable prices on all there items. Definitely will be shopping here when we visit Orlando.
