Tracker Marine Service Center Orlando did a fantastic job on the install of my new Minnkota Terrova trolling motor. The install and attention to detail was top notch. We discussed exactly how I wanted the motor to perform and connect to my chartplotter. Their install has allowed me to better enjoy my boat and catch more fish. I will only use Tracker Marine Service Center Orlando to perform any type of service on my boat.

Updated Review dated 2/6/24:We enjoyed visiting Bass Pro in Orlando on our most recent visit to inspect the second boat we ordered from this company. This is my second review to update our most recent boat purchase experience. Bass Pro Manager Jim and Tracker Marine - Power Pro's Service Manager Patrick can be seen at work in a new picture I added to this site (standing next to the boat is my husband and to his left are Jim and Patrick). We previously met with Jim at the store to complete our purchase and were made aware that it formerly could take at least six months for boat delivery after making a special order. However, due to the professionalism of Jim, this acquisition lead time was reduced to about a month. He coordinated well in the business office to ensure terms and conditions of the sales agreement were met and that the necessary paperwork was prepared legally and accurately. Afterward, he personally met us at the Power Pro Service Center, where Patrick continued to be on duty. He again sprang into action and took charge of ensuring that our new boat would be outfitted with necessary accessories and be ready for pickup. He had done a superior job prepping our first Tracker boat, and he did not disappoint us the second time as well. He had already been working on our new boat and gave good advice on how to mount the depth finder and obtain other accessory items we desired. Patrick and Jim are a good team and did all they could to continue to make us satisfied customers and repeat buyers. They coordinated well together to ensure our boating needs were met. All of our questions were answered, and at the end of the day, we left once again as very satisfied customers.Review made 3 Years ago, Spring 2021 read as follows:"We were very pleased when we went to this facility to view our boat prior to purchase and again for final orientation and pickup of our new purchase. We inspected the boat and visited with Patrick, Service Manager, both times we were there. He answered all of our questions, detailed our boat, and provided valuable information we needed to know, including how to safely operate and maintain our boat. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us to ensure that we were ready to take possession of the boat before pick up. Patrick is very professional, and as far as the mechanics and technical aspects involved in purchasing the boat and maintenance information, it was a very interesting and pleasurable experience for both my husband and myself. We both gave him the highest review rating, and we recommend Tracker Marine to anyone in need of this type of service. Kudos to Patrick and Tracker Marine.

They did an awesome job installing a pair of 12" Garmin's on my new Tracker. I love the new Garmin's and they are right where I need them. The installation was fast and I am more than pleased.

I left from Delaware to Orlando for a fishing tournament and noticed all my batteries were having problems I called on my way down and Patrick the service manager said bring it in even tho we are 2 weeks out we will try and take care of you ! And he did! I recommend these guys for anything wish I had them around my house!Services: Accessory & electronic installations

Dropped off my 18’ Tracker pontoon boat w/75 hp Mercury for a general maintenance and a what I thought was a spun prop. Drop off was quick and easy. Was told that it may be a week or two for them to complete the process. I called back in about a week and was told that the technician originally scheduled to do the maintenance was on leave and they would have to have a different tech take on the job. My immediate thought was “here we go. Probably won’t see my boat for at least a month”. They put my boat on top of the techs list and called me back within 24 hrs letting me know it was done and that the repair wasn’t significant and would only cost around $40 on top of the general maintenance. I was floored! They were so nice when I picked it up. I met the tech, Mitchell, who did the work and he explained everything regarding the repair. I expected to pay 10 times more for what I thought was a more serious problem. They were honest, polite and even secured the ball hitch to my trailer for me.I’ve heard nightmare stories about other marine repair places and had prepared myself for a battle. I am so glad they are the service center for Tracker repairs and maintenance. Can’t say enough about them obviously:)Thank you Jack, Patrick and Mitchell (sorry if I got your names wrong). Your team has created a top notch outfit and I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated!Services: Battery inspection/service

Called yesterday trying to obtain my numbers for my boat trailer after dealing with this headache for a week I was able to get it resolved in just ten minutes. Spoke with a gentleman named Marty who got me taken care of in a professional manner. I suggest anybody who wants to buy a boat deal with this man he really knows his customer service after the sale. Again Thank you Marty for saving my day. I hope Bass Pro knows who they have working there. I'll be back again

What a pleasure doing business with Jack and his team! I brought them my 22-year-old bass boat that's been sitting for the last 10 years, and after going through a laundry list of requests, I just picked it up and thought I left the showroom. Great communication, pricing, and friendliness!
