My new local shop! Really knowledgeable staff that make you feel like a part of the crew from the moment you enter the shop. Every one of the staff members is involved with the running community unlike the undeserving franchise that has gone up between Tampa and Orlando (F2R).

My doctor recommended I go there to get fitted for shoes because I was having chronic foot pain. I don’t know the guys name that helped me but he was so informative and knowledgeable.

Track Shack customer service is outstanding. On my most recent visit I was looking for a shoe with a little more pizzaz which is difficult for a woman with size 11 AA foot. I was thrilled with the possibilities. The Track Shack personnel listened and searched for the best options. Thank you.

As always, it was a great experience… I got to pick up my BIB for that week's race, Run for the trees… I ended up buying a “Run Orlando” poster that I loved and in addition I met Bruce, it was a pleasure to talk to that man. This place is AWESOME! Showed up here based on all the great Google reviews. Despite not having an appointment, Matt greeted me with a warm welcome and helped me right away. I just bought a treadmill and have been doing about 10 miles per day. Needed some sturdy shoes to keep me moving pain free.Matt asked me a few questions and brought some great selections. The second pair, Brooks Adrenaline 23, was right solution! These shoes are incredible. They give so much support and help prevent my ankles from turning inward.This was honestly the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. Matt is so smart on his feet and he was able to troubleshoot brand, style, fit, color, and shipping. I’m really impressed by him and this store. I’ll definitely be coming back. 10 out of 10. ??

I had a great experience at track shack. I haven’t bought a nice pair of running shoes in years and they made it quick and painless with great results. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and I had an overall fantastic experience. I wear a size 14-15 shoe so it was super refreshing to see these sizes in stock at a brick and mortar store! I haven’t been able to find shoes my size in person in years so it was awesome to have multiple options. The shoes I bought were the same price as the model was on the brands website as well, so I paid the best possible price while also receiving excellent service. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends who want high quality running shoes!

Tatiana did a great, she was patient and knowledgeable. If you haven’t been here they measure your feet, look/ask about issues like pronation or flat feet and then bring it several options in your size. Once you know which shoe you can choose from different colors etc. excellent experience!
