I take my car here for service now and then. They are friendly enough although the service managers often seem really stressed out. Even if you have an appointment and are waiting at the dealership, expect to wait at least 2 hours before they start to look at your car. Also expect the sales people to try to sell you a car while you're waiting. I don't recommend buying anything from the lobby cafe. I bought a mocha and they charged me over $6 and the cup wasn't even half full. The diagnostic fee starts at $190 but they apply it to your service cost if you end up needing to fix anything. I only go here if I'm in a pinch and my regular mechanic is booked up since they cost significantly more than a normal mechanic. But I do trust their analysis and that they won't recommend unnecessary repairs.

I've been coming to this location for service for a while now, and every time I tell myself I'm going to have a different experience. It takes around 2 hours for a simple oil change. I also changed my cabin air filter and engine filter a week before I came I in and they tried to tell me that both were dirty. They are always trying to upsell you on non necessary service items. For someone who doesn't know a lot about cars this can cost hundreds of dollars. If you're looking for large corporate dealership vibes that is only worried about making money , this is the place for you.

Why bother making an appointment? I waited 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT for an oil change and the only reason I didn't wait longer is because I got up and asked for a manager. Sales team also tried to harass me while waiting for the 2 hours.

The place is nice and the service rep was great to work with. But I came here to have my truck service and not to trade or buy a new vehicle, so why would I want to listen to your offer to buy my vehicle? Guy going around calling people need to speak up as you can barely hear him.

If you want to be harassed by sales people when you come to get your car serviced this is the place for you. They also tried to lie to me and tell me that only Toyota could buy back my lease. When I looked on the south East Toyota finance website it did not state that at all. When I told the sales person I would not be purchasing a car because I had to discuss things with my husband because he thought I only came to get my car serviced she asked me to call him.... Very aggressive. Just wanted to get car serviced in peace and go home.

Auto Nation 225 N Semoran BlvdWinter Park FL 327925 hours wait with an appointment for a oil change is unacceptable.It's obvious that they have sold too many cars for the size of their service department.This is a scam, there is nothing free about wasting a day for a free oil change.I'm planning on contacting the Florida Business and Professional Regulations Dept.I think an attorney can get a class action law suit with this scam.The managers I have ask to see never show-up or return calls.Ralph

I am in the market for a 2023 Prius and called Toyota of Orlando. No one would talk to me unless I physically drove to the dealership which is very disappointing since I had purchased multiple vehicles from them in the past. When I got there, I explained what I was there for and further explained that I wasn't willing to pay anything significant over MSRP. They said they would let me know when they were allocated Priuses but made it appear that that my request was not unreasonable.I hadn't heard from them and finally texted Rafael Bartolomo, the sales person, to see what the Prius situation was. He explained that they did get allocated a new Prius and that they were charging SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS above the $32,000 MSRP. Almost a 20% price gauge! Most dealer's have a premium but most are half that amount. I will not be buying any more vehicles from Toyota of Orlando. I don't think it's ethical to gauge people that badly on a car just because they think they can. Just wanted to let people know.UPDATE: When I explained to Rafael Bartolomo that I would not pay anything above MSRP he literally laughed. He smugly told me "Good luck with that."I just wanted to let people know that yesterday I purchased a 2023 Prius XLE from AutoNation of Winter Park for MSRP and couldn't have been happier with their honesty and professionalism. A night and day difference from rude, salesy people at Toyota of Orlando. Dealing with honest, professional people is important to me and for this reason, I will not be buying any more vehicles from Toyota of Orlando.I would give AutoNation of Winter Park at try if you are interested in buying a Toyota!

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Gosh I see why they have such horrible reviews at this slimy dealership. The slime happened over the phone without even venturing in- glad I save my time & money!I spoke with 4 people asking to speak with a sales manager. The last 2 people I spoke with told me they were in fact sales managers & refused to repeat their names for me. When I asked my simple question their reply was, "you need to speak with a sales manager."The last person I spoke with told me that I could not speak with a sales manager unless I left all of my contact information!! ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

When I was shopping for a car I came to Toyota of Orlando as they did have a highlander hybrid available. I'm sorry but they had a huge market adjustment upcharge. For a company that was able to take a chunk of change from the PPP loans I was appalled that they would ask that. Then they asked me about my trade. Sorry but when carmax is offering 3k about your offer then it's an easy decision. Then the manager said see you want as much as you can get just like us. Umm hello Mcfly. Carmax will still make money on the trade in, that was just a way you can capitalize both was on a unsuspecting potential customer that doesn't know the options. Moral of the story..get your trade in price at carmax and then go to negotiate with a dealer. And do not, I repeat do not give Toyota of Orlando your business. One man's opinion.

Good morning Yelp!Please be aware of this dealership!!!!!!I visited this establishment twice to look for a 2023 Toyota Sequoia Platinum, and while the greeters are great at showing you what they can, the salespeople are despicable. The dealership did not have the vehicle in stock, but told me without hesitation that they sell the vehicle I want for $15000 above MSRP "because they can". Their attitude was that they have a market that allows for it, and supply vs demand allows them to price gouge the consumers. Do not buy from these thieves!!!!!There are other reputable dealers that will have you on a waiting list because they are allocated a number of cars per month with pre installed features. The market today got rid of invoice pricing an other advantages, but should not encourage unethical behavior like this Toyota dealership in Vineland, in Orlando FL. Spread the word!!!By the way, they also own the one in Clermont, and will act the same at that location (so they claim).

Nice pictures. Decent prices. Sales may be quick!!! Contact is quick for inquiries but awful when you are checking for (next day "on the lot"). They are so slow it’s frustrating, also seem to never have anything you need in stock. Ordered a part to pick up for next day I been here for 40 minutes while they’re just on the phone scrambling around. It’s really frustrating when they tell you they’d have it ready for you when you come by.
