Why bother making an appointment? I waited 2 hours WITH AN APPOINTMENT for an oil change and the only reason I didn't wait longer is because I got up and asked for a manager. Sales team also tried to harass me while waiting for the 2 hours.

The place is nice and the service rep was great to work with. But I came here to have my truck service and not to trade or buy a new vehicle, so why would I want to listen to your offer to buy my vehicle? Guy going around calling people need to speak up as you can barely hear him.

They are so slow it’s frustrating, also seem to never have anything you need in stock. Ordered a part to pick up for next day I been here for 40 minutes while they’re just on the phone scrambling around. It’s really frustrating when they tell you they’d have it ready for you when you come by.
