Pretty good hotel. Worth the money. Nice rooms. Nice breakfast. Internet works. Only issue is billing. Hotel charged fees not in the reservation. Quick call to mariott reservation fixed it.

I didn’t stay here but they saved the day, I have been driving around MCO for two hours trying to find parking. They have airport parking available with limited availability and happened to have a few spots. They have a shuttle and it was $40 for 4 days. Very happy! Thanks to the front desk lady and shuttle driver.

This review is based on a flight layover, so we were only in the room for 4-5 hours. It was nice to have a clean and comfortable room to catch a few hours of sleep before heading out on the next leg of our getaway. The shuttle service was very convenient and a much added value. The staff members were excellent and extremely friendly.

Super friendly front desk staff and bartender. Beautiful clean rooms and free airport shuttle. Easy check in. Elite recognition. ONLY complaint is due to my status I had been granted a 4pm check out time confirmed st check In so noted for housekeeping. I'm sure the housekeeping staff was ready to go home still not cool of them to just walk in the room at 3:40 when I was in the shower as so I yelled out that I'd be out at 4. Then I'm rushing to get my stuff out of fridge, and I hear them and feel their presence just outside my door as I'm at the very end of hallway no other rooms around. Was just very uncomfortable with that. Not like they couldn't just come there right at 4 after me telling them when they 1st walked in that I'd be out at 4. I'm grateful for the late checkout and yes I did walk out of door at EXACTLY 359 PM (almost running into the 2 housekeepers and their cart right outside my door) that's my elite benefit and some elite ppl would really flip out about this.Rooms: Beautiful, spacious, clean, would be great for long term stays due to having a full kitchen.Food & drinks: Omg get the Long Island Iced Tea, I was LIT and only had time to drink half of it!

Awesome place, I can never go wrong with Marriott they are a reliable name.We had to stay here unexpectedly because the MCO ORLANDO airport TSA couldn’t get themselves organized to handle a couple incoming layover flights.Many people missed their flights due to their incompetence so after dealing with that we were pretty upset.So it was nice to know the Friendly Staff and Clean Comfy rooms at the TownePlace were ready to take us in for a reasonable fair on top of that.The only thing I wish I had known was about the free Airport shuttle.Had I known that I wouldn’t have booked an Uber, oh well.Thank you again!Rooms: Great Clean Room, Large Screen TV with Smart Apps and Free HBO MAX.Full Kitchenette in the smallest available room accommodation.

Such a good Hotel we went to on a cruise and stayed here when we came back and they were really helpful. Even though they don't offer early morning shuttle. my flight was at 3:30am they gave me a business Card for a Transportation company called black clover transportation. And the young man was really helpful arrived on time. And a really reasonable price. Definitely will be staying here in the future.

Great hotel that is less than 5 minutes from MCO. Recently updated, rooms are spacious, CLEAN as can be, and extremely modernized. Bar down stairs was great. Staff was 10/10- so nice and accommodating. Had 4 people ahead of me at check-in and was in and with my key within 5 minutes. I left my wedding band in my room- they found it within minutes, gave instructions on how to get it shipped to me, and handled it with the utmost urgency. Alvaro, Kevin, and Victoria are doing a great job and have a well run hotel!!!

Whoever you have at the front desk just hung up on me 3 times. I wasn't rude at all, listen to your recording. I just need my receipt for airport parking so I can reimburse the cost, now it's going to come out of my pocket due to the horrible customer service. This is the first time I've experienced this at this location.

Worst hotel ever. Make sure to check your bill because I was charged $19.04 after I checked out for no reason. I called the hotel and was told that it is a city fee because they are close to the airport. What a nonsense! Nobody ever informed me about that fee. This hotel is a scam! It is unethical and probably illegal. I will tell my bank not to pay it! I recently spent two nights there and had very unpleasant experiences. First night the toilet broke and I called the front desk for help. I was informed that no maintenance workers were on duty. They sent me a plunger and we spent over half an hour trying to fix the toilet and it didn’t work. Dirty water overflowed from the toilet. We couldn’t use the toilet that night. The next morning, I specifically asked the front desk to clean the room. Two people in the front desk assured me that they would clean my room.. That night we came back and the room was dirty. We didn’t have clean towels to use. I called the front desk and she was not able to help me and she put me on hold for a long time. Later when I called back again, she just hang up up my call multiple times. I had to go down to the lobby to ask her for help because she hung up my call every time. Then she switched me to another room. As you can see in the picture, the towel in that room is dirty. The blind is broken. I talked to the front desk about my experience and she offered to compensate me for my terrible experience. However, her manager was not there and she promised that her manager would call me or email me. However, nothing happened. I strongly recommend you avoid this hotel unless you want to have a super unpleasant experience like mine and pray nothing happens at night because nobody can help you then .

Excellent place, very nice and comfortable, undoubtedly a place to repeat, the workers are always very attentive!! I would give it 10 stars!! I will definitely come back every time I come to Orlando this will be my favorite place to stay!Rooms: Amazing rooms!?

Came here for work, really like this Hotel and location. Breakfast was actually pretty decent then what I thought it would be. Everything was great over all! Will definitely tell people to come here for sure!!.Rooms: Seems like this is a prime location to be by the airport but not too far for Orlando things!!!Rooms are really cute in their. I love the mini kitchen layout. Would recieve full stars but had two small issues that dampened the stay. The room accommodations are very nice and the location to the airport is great. Unfortunately the staff is short tempered when asked questions and the hotel isnt truthful in the advertisement about having complete access to the video libraries of apps like MAX and SHOWTIME. They are only channels listed in the guide with limited content to view. You do not control what you want to see. The only nice employee was the tall gentleman who works the counter at night. Nice place to sleep if you do not plan on actually staying in the hotel. Other places have better staff for sure. Our driver from the airport to the hotel didnt use a turn signal/blinker to merge not once. While speeding he over heard myself and another passenger's conversation and took it upon himself to threaten to drop us back off at the airport because he heard the F word. While he was addressing our conversation he failed to signal his lane change again and nearly collided with a blk Nissian Altima that was well within his sight had he attempted to use his mirror but did not. Other than these reasons, this hotel would have recieved a higher score but fall short when rude and untruthful.

Absolute beautiful, clean, spacious, friendly atmosphere, rooms, workers, shuttle driver, etc! Had issues with flight changes, Alaska Airlines gave this hotel until reservations were fixed, that was so grateful, until I walked into the main lobby of this hotel, where I instantly felt like a true princess, was so incredible, that I had to actually pinch myself to make sure I was not dreaming, which I wasn't! Room had everything, from kitchen, perfect bed, little kitchen with all the fixings, everything for a home, but in highest quality! Thank you for making me feel like a princess and like I was in a real home, most of all safe and able to calm all hardships of life's hardships and mishaps! Priceless and appreciated ❤️ ? ?Rooms: Had all necessities and feel of a real homeSafety: Completely safe and comfortable in every way ?Food & drinks: Free breakfast, most delicious and amazing options, as well as cleanest environment ?
