They pretended to be closed on Sunday so they could hold my car longer and charge me more. I called Sunday to confirm they were open, they did not return my call, and Monday they claimed they did return my call. (Proof in image). The operator refuses to provide proof that they returned my call.
- note: I was not the only person that had this problem. Others were there on Monday that experienced similar issues
Shoutout to the guy who was on site though. He was chill.

worst tow company with the most illiterate thug trash employees. they think intimidation is ok threatening to wait outside people’s homes if you give the slightest shred of irritation for getting your car towed. bunch of snakes who should be rotting in jail. hope karma finds them. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH ANY OF THEM AS THEY WILL THREATEN YOU OR PEOPLE YOU KNOW CLAIMING THEY WILL COME BACK TO YOUR RESIDENCE.

Unfortunately, my car was towed for being illegally parked, but I must say this company had great customer service and Mike was awesome and my car was well taken care of even though the situation is not the best. Everyone seems to like to complain about towing companies instead of just giving an Honest experience, I will use Tow Pros for all my Towing needs If I may need in the future

If I could give 0 star I would. this is the most ghetto towing company.
They towed my vehicle from my OWN PRIVATE PARKING WITH VALID PLATE AND TAG and also PERMIT STICKER on it. went to get my vehicle and the worker threatened me with shooting me on my face just for me asking him to be respectful. later when I told him cops were gonna be called he turned around and ignored me completely stating that he is NOT gonna give me the car even tho I Pay or not. The premises where I live also has the proof where the security guard told the driver that the vehicle CANT be removed due that being the designated parking and also video footage of the driver OPENING MY VEHICLE AND REMOVING THE PERMIT. this people are STRAIGHT SCAMMERS, they will do whatever to take your money. currently working with a very nice and beautiful LAWSUIT. so, Jonathan Cardenales im sorry for your business since I know you are the owner but your workers are definetly NOT doing their job correctly and your company is the one that will pay for it.
Police report and everything has been done and all the camera footage of the driver forcing our vehicle's door without authorization. every single step given was illegal. hope they have a good lawyer.

These companies are thieves, thieves, and threaten to shoot. They are capable of opening your vehicle to obtain the parking permit to justify and charge. I don't understand how the relevant authorities do nothing.

I recently had an extremely distressing encounter with a towing company that wrongfully removed my vehicle from my apartment complex without any prior notice. Upon contacting the company to inquire about my car, I was met with an appalling level of rudeness. The representative, who identified himself as Mike, was not only unprofessional but also verbally abusive, such as telling me the shut the f up , he runs the show and I can’t do anything but suck his D .i can admit that I was a disgruntled person calling about a car wrongfully towed but besides raising my voice I never once disrespected this man .
The situation escalated when I visited the company’s premises with my family to retrieve my vehicle. Mike’s demeanor was confrontational, and he exhibited aggressive behavior that made me feel unsafe. His refusal to release my car, despite presenting all necessary documentation and payment, compelled me to involve law enforcement. Even then, he remained defiant, challenging the police’s authority to intervene. My car was finally released to me after he told the officer he wouldn’t do it and the officer told him well then well get it ourselves because the supervisor was involved . He then threatened to sue the Orange County sheriffs office and he drove immediately to my complex after the interaction I don’t know what that was about but after the threats of gang affiliation I will be on alert.
This company’s conduct is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices. The intimidation tactics and uncooperative attitude displayed by their staff are indicative of a lack of respect for customers and the law. It is my firm belief that such behavior should disqualify them from operating within the state of Florida, or anywhere else for that matter.

Unorganized, unprofessional. Organizations that contract with them you get what you pay for. Cheap to say the least. I hate to use this word but it fits perfectly “ghetto”—- never was illegal parked when your parked with a pass in front of your building… clearly the men hired are washed up wannabe car salesman.
