Do not buy at Tous. All the jewelry is made of cheap silver. Then the colognes and perfume come with a broken spray. When you use it, it has leaked and changed smell.

I went to this store on Dec 31st to buy a very expensive earring for my girlfriend. It did not fit her and therefore I went to the nearest Tous store which was in Aventura Mall by Miami. They did not accept my earring and told me I would have to return the earring back to the store in Orlando. I was mad but not the biggest deal because I go to school in Orlando. On January 7th (within the 14 day return policy) I come to the store in Orlando (millennia mall) to find that the store is now all of a sudden under construction. I was not told anything about this on Dec 31st and how it could impact my purchase. My next option was to drive to Tous in Florida mall (the next closest store in Orlando), there they also did not accept my earring because I did not buy it there. They said I could only exchange it. I asked if I could exchange the earring for something of equal value then just return that piece since it was such a problem to return the original piece. They said no. When I asked why they did not have a legitimate reason; rather, they responded with “you just can’t”. At this moment I was very frustrated and had no other choice but to call customer service. When I called and explained this entire situation they told me to take a picture of the store that was under construction and show up to that store again whenever it was done being construction. Very bad customer service and provided NO options to return the earring. I followed all instructions such as bringing the receipt, certificate of authenticity, and coming within 14 days and could not receive a return. Truly frustrating for someone who spent a lot of money on a single earring and needed to return it because it did not fit. I also wonder what the staff at Florida mall would have done if I did end up exchanging it for something of LOWER value… where would the excess money go? They would have to refund me, but cannot refund me for the full earring? Absolutely outrageous and honestly a problem which will cause me to NEVER shop at Tous again. I will be showing up to the the millennia store once they reopen to get my money back. If there was an option for 0 stars I would’ve put that too.

I had an AMAZING experience with Monica. I have purchase from several Tous store in the past but none has such great customer service like this one. Monica from this Tous store provided awesome customer service. Definitely recommend!

I saw all the beautiful bags and I wanted to buy one, unfortunately the bag began to peel and I called for warranty they told me to go to the store I went and they treated me very badly in Florida Mall Orlando and I traveled from Tampa to Orlando and he told me that it happened because the use. I ? I mean I bought it for two months and because of the use? then a bag so expensive is not to use it? I am very disappointed with the brand

My experience in Millenia it's always the best. They are an amazing and lovely staff. They are super friendly and the attention is A+ . The store is beautiful and super clean so makes the environment a great place to enjoy. Marymar and her staff have knowledge of what they are doing. Thank you and I truly recommend it!

Beautiful store, not an ounce of customer service. Very disappointed because I found jewelry I wanted.I was there with my girlfriend who was interested in some bags.We were there late last Monday morning, absolutely no one else in the store. ?
