I purchased an item online which was from this store. Upon opening the package, i saw that the packaging for the merchandise was used and dirty. The tape on the shopping bag was dirty, the box was also dirty, and the actual merchandise packaging looked used/returned. I spoke with the store manager, Stephanie, and she gave me her phone number. I sent her images of the packaging, and i asked if she could please confirm receipt of the images; however, she has yet to respond. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and shocked that the store would send a used product.

I walked into this store in the Mall while in Puerto Rico because my older sister was wanting the Tous Bear necklace. This store mainly carried the Tous brand jewelry. However, they had some choice styles of purses and shoes. The employees were friendly, helpful and vigilant. The store was well lit with a nice stock of tastefully displayed merchandise available . My sister purchased her Tous Bear necklace and a few choice pieces.. smh lol and I a purse. I’ve received many compliments on this purse now that I’m back in my home town.

Horrendous staff, they greatly lack customer service. They do not greet customer when entering the store, you ask questions and they don’t know , which is even worst they do not even make an attempt to find out. I highly recommend to visit the nearby location as the one at Millenia Mall.

Staff are not helpful and cancelled order Without informing me. Miscommunication with delivery instruction as well as falsely telling me my order was ready for pick up (even though it was instructed to be delivered to my home) and when I called to check after TWO MONTHS of waiting they told me my order was CANCELLED.They cannot even refund my order over the phone, I live more than two hours away.Whilst their selection is beautiful. I must say this management interaction left a sleazy and wretched taste in my mouth.Rude, unprofessional, and irritating. I will never go to this store again or order from this company. They do not care about their customers. Please save your money and take your business elsewhere.

I saw all the beautiful bags and I wanted to buy one, unfortunately the bag began to peel and I called for warranty they told me to go to the store I went and they treated me very badly in Florida Mall Orlando and I traveled from Tampa to Orlando and he told me that it happened because the use. This is my favorite Tous store ever! The ladies at the Tous Florida Mall store are all so nice, friendly and professional and they really go above and beyond with providing superb customer service. I also love how the Tous brand backs up their jewelry and you can take it anytime and they will clean it for you. If they are not able to get it to their high standards, they offer to send it back to Tous and the jewelry always comes back looking new. Now this is a high quality top of the line jewelry brand and I will not buy anything else other than Tous jewelry.
