I have always gone to this store, they always have what I need, my problem was. Checkout , I go to self checkout and was told by an associate she will take care of me at another register, there was a lot of back and forth with what I think was a supervisor or a trainer, I saw a self checkout getting available and was told by another person I can be taken care of at that original register, then I saw people after me at self Checkout and I had enough , I put my purchase down and walked out I waited long enough and got tired of playing musical registers

I was on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak with tool rentals They never answered, and the call kept going to customer service. So frustrating!!!

6k for just an evaporation coilsonly????? GTFO 600.00 for a couple of pounds of Freon too! If we were in a heat emergency, this would be price gouging...COOL TODAY is their only AC vendor???? Cons!

The other thing is the worst delivery system ever if they don't answer the phone the will not deliver the item until next week again!... they call the wrong number so it doesn't matter they will deliver again next week... you can't pick up the hour you want the item to be delivered they will pick it up for you and call the night before to ask you if you want to change the hour. If you don't pick up or the call does not come in, they will deliver first time in the morning, I m sorry they will call first time in the morning to confirm delivery, but they won't even get to your address and try to deliver for real. They just go they didn't answer ok let move on to the other one! That's a easy job... And for the chat I think we need live chat.. it takes too much time to do what we need and for me I could never do what I needed with the chat. It ask to many question that are not related with my problem... so at the final my problem was not resolve...

Manager harshly reprimanded an employee still in HIGH SCHOOL because he HAD to go to school and obviously could not be working at Home Depot while at school. He tried to guilt trip the kid telling him that Him not working more hours will affect the company etc.

Order two times online service with delivery on Refrigerator , washing machine, and dryer. but the delivery guy first time missed the house number, 2nd time called the wrong phone number. I am still waiting for the $3000 delivery after weeks of ordering. Bad system in house and poor communication.

Came in to get some boxes and got some help with sizing. I originally came in looking for a bigger size then what they carry but they were able to give me some tips on where I can get larger boxes

This is the worst Home Depot and customer service experience I have received. Bought an apartment for my UCF college daughter. Appliances Salesperson ignored us until we asked for help. Bought a refrigerator and range to be delivered in 2 days. Home Depot does not install refrigerator and leave it at the apt. Salesperson did not tell us we had to buy installation. Spoke with 800# and manager Martin who was unhelpful and had me making 3 phone calls taking about 3 hours. Cancel order and still waiting on refund. Called Best Buy and got excellent service.

Concrete Grinder was not usable in current condition - needed new plate. The inspection tag was marked N/A for that portion of inspection. I wasted my time, heading to E Colonial HD Rental, supposedly have 5 to chose from...

I write reviews either good or bad not to complain but because I believe in feedback. I was at the Narcoossee store today for about an hour. Customer service is horrendous. I tried to find things on my own, however being 7 months pregnant I rather asked for help rather than wasting time. I was on the hardware aisle and asked two ladies in the self checkout area to please call someone to help me. I waited for over 10 minutes with no help. Then again I asked the same ladies and one of them looked at me like I was bothering her. That's when Victor came into the aisle with a lady he was helping and the lady employee asked him to help me, to which he replied he was helping the lady and after he could help me. Meanwhile, I saw two other employees talking near me and I asked them for help. Then the young lady replied, I'm don't work in hardware. However, she heard me complain that I had been waiting for help and she radioed help for me. Which I didn't get. So I decided to look for Victor which I had seen helping different customers no matter of department. (His department is lumber). When I found him, he was still helping the same lady prior to me, and I asked him for his name because I needed to let the manager know that he was the only employee helping customers. At that point the customer said that she agreed with me and that's why he was helping her because no one else was. I passed over 10 employees standing around talking to other employees and not helping customers. At this point I was done so I went to customer service to get a dish washer that apparently had been pulled out for me. There I was helped by Trinity. She helped me in spite of miscommunication. She heard me complained to my husband over the phone on my horrendous experience at the store and she went above and beyond to make my experience a better one. Dear manager at Narcoossee store I believe Victor and Trinity are outstanding employees. Any other ones except the cashiers that are constantly helping the customers, are stealing your money. And if they don't like to help the customers they should find another job because that is a representation of your store and of you as their manager.

My husband and I needed customer service help for an outdoor grill we wanted to purchase. Luckily, we were helped by Janian Gonzalez. This young women couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. She worked with us for a good hour or two because the credit card didn't go through because of a system error. The order had to be processed twice with their online help. She made a very unpleasant purchase, a pleasant one. If it wasn't for her, we would have walked out. Thanks to a patient, helpful, determined great employee, we ended up purchasing the grill.

I have had many projects done by Home Depot purchased at this location. Floors, carpeting, doors, A/C and more. In September I purchased new kitchen appliances with delivery and installation. The installation crew had a very difficult time mostly because they appeared to be Inexperienced.. Upon completion the refrigerator was running rather loudly which they told me was normal until the temperature stabilized. 24 hours later I find the noise was the waterline into the house was broken when they hooked it up. Water was running behind the wall for an entire day. I got a plumber at 11pm ton fix the waterline and paid the bill. I notified everyone involved the next day. Over a 4 week period I was consistently lied to about who was handling the claim. Over and over I called spending hours trying to get a resolution. The transport company referred to an insurance company who referred me back to the transport company who sent me back to Hone Depot. No one at the store would help. No one at the store would give me the number of a district manager or a corporate number. I was told 8 weeks later that my plumber should have opened the wall to look for damage and since he didn't it wasn't there problem. So disappointing to have trust in a company and be treated so poorly. Beware of purchasing with installation at Home Depot. As far as they are concerned, even though you paid them, they have nothing to do with the third parties they contract with to do your work. Never again.

The store manager Kevin was extremely helpful and professional. He came to help with my return without the cashier asking for he's assistance. Extremely proactive and friendly. Clean store.
