I had a terrible experience with the rental department. They cost me a whole lot of money I did not have for their error. Be weary when renting anything.

Update: Ordered a 13ft Jack Skellington animatronic decoration on October 13. Got emails saying it was received and when it was delivered and being prepared to be picked up. Called today and found out that first order was cancelled I guess when I ordered it but second time went through but generated two different order numbers starting with same letter. I got super bummed and ended up issuing a refund for it and leaving a bad revue. Upon receiving a text just now saying my order was ready, I was confused and called in. Turns out the second order went through and it actually arrived, which is great!Word to the wise, look up your order by your name not your order number. Thanks to customer service for straightening it out.

Worst customer service! The checkout lady was Iona, and she was so rude, and bully bullying like I have never felt anything like it. She should not be customer service! If you have a Home Depot stick today, Home Depot, don't go to this one! The manager was rude. It was so bad there are ways to handle customers and talk to them, not come at them.

Not a great experience. I'm used to the employees being almost obnoxious with how often someone would come up to you asking if you needed help but not here. No one came to my husband and I to see if we needed help and for the first time we actually did need some help. He asked for someone to help and we waited for 10-15 minutes and no one showed up. I had to walk around the store to find someone that looked approachable and asked for help. All the employees stood around talking to each other instead of the customers. Some of the employees were helpful but only about 3 out of the whole place.

This Home Depot is a great place to pretty much get whatever you would need in terms of everything for those DIY-type projects that it seems many of us are constantly in the midst of.Yes, like all Home Depot locations, this place is huge, but it is in those seemingly endless aisles, you can find whatever it is that you need. The staff here was friendly and helpful and the prices are competitive. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular location of the Home Depot.

This location cost me a lot of time and money. I reserved a pole saw 24 hours in advance for a tree trim job. When I went to pick it up all 3 pole saws were in the back because they were "dirty". So I was unable to rent the tool. No one called me. No one notified me. I stood in a long line waiting for my turn. Then they just cancelled my order and told me they were all dirty. It's not my fault that the rental crew didn't clean the tools. I even offered to clean it and buy a new chain for it. They declined this as well. Thanks to Home Depot I lost a job. I lost time and I lost money. Avoid this location. They do not care.

If you are considering Home Depot for a project..run! I gave up $4000 to do the right thing and share my experience with you…my experience with Home Depot is as follows❤️ Re: job #11128950 My name is Lori xxxxx and I have been in contact with you at various times through the duration of this project. Here is a recap of the issues involved: -projected time required for project initially one day (June 29) morphing to weeks then months -window manufactured incorrectly requiring a reorder -glass door panel installed with cracked glass requiring replacement -all window screens installed backwards and ripped. -window sash damaged requiring replacement -door trim installed without prior approval or discussion resulting in negative esthetic changes to the structure -installed window was inoperative requiring repair. The time I was required to provide for this project far exceeded what I was told to expect. Home Depot’s mistakes cost me tens of thousands of dollars in lost wages. As an airline Captain a day off means not flying a trip, which can mean 3-6 days of lost revenue. In addition to the financial cost, my integrity was attacked including Atlanta personnel accusing me of lying regarding lack of notification for the time this project may require. I have all correspondence available for review. I endured misogynistic and disrespectful attitudes, actions, and words from your installation contractors. I was told I was behaving like a cop when I asked to see Home Depot identification. I was told parts for the windows did not exist, and then I found the parts discarded in the garbage. I was told parts did not need to be installed because the installers did not want to install them. I was talked about in a derogatory manner in Spanish. Unbeknownst to the contractors, I speak Spanish. I was shown one color and type of trim which I approved, and then the contractor installed something else claiming it was the same. When I held the sample next to what was installed, the difference was obvious. When caught in the lie, the installer walked off the job leaving a 200lb glass door panel balanced precariously against a wall along with trash and other hazardous materials. The financial and emotional costs created by Home Depot’s mistakes have been excessive. I expect a company that prides themselves on the quality of their products, workmanship, and guarantees to want to rectify mistakes to the best of their ability, not the least. The dismissive email I received from Home Depot stating their offer of a $2500 rebate was fair compensation “and they were sticking with that”, was insulting in tone and amount. I don’t expect something for nothing, but I also don’t expect a purchase to cost so much beyond what I was told to anticipate. We all pay for our mistakes one way or another, usually financially or with our reputations. We don’t always choose to do the right thing, but we always feel the consequences of our choices. Your customers expect Home Depot to do better. I hope you do too. Sincerely, Lori xxxxxxx

I needed a hose adapter (propane to natural gas) for my two burner gas stove. They were out of the adapter hose I needed but George helped me find a brass adapter and a regulator hose right away. Thanks man!

Well that about does it for me and Home Depot. Their , Home Depot's, return policy is the product of someone's imagination. If you purchase on one credit card and that credit card number is changed because your bank merged with another , SunTrust, you are out of luck. Even if you have the old credit card and your new card , and try to return something , the TRS system (?) flags you and no returns . So I left all that I was trying to return , no more than $25. , on the return register and told the Asst Manager that he could keep all I was trying to return, because I guess , you think I stole this from you and left the Store . Never to return to any Home Depot.

Every single time I am in the store night or day, the employees run around with total disregard to the customers. Half the aisles are blocked off / inaccessible because something always seems to be stocked. The shopping experience is even more miserable with the sound of fork lifts beeping and so on. The garden center is *ok* plants but never matches the attention to detail or quality of Lowe's on Semoran. Very frustrating to be stuck in the middle of the is chaos every time I visit

Went to purchase plants this morning. Found 2 plants and went to check out. The female employee was casually sweeping up floor off and on from the time I walked through entrance till I checked out 15 mins later. The floor sweep pile was small. She looked at me and pointed to self check out. I shook my head because I did not want to touch price gun. She didn't say hello, thank you or bag my plants as she checked me out at self check out. I smiled and said, pretty soon they won't need employees. She replied " I don't care. I'm tired." I started my career at Home Depot. I loved working there. There is such a thing as pride in your work. Customers need to be appreciated and thanked for every purchase no matter what industry. I'm so sad and I know Bernie and Arthur are sad, too.

Always find what I’m looking for. The floor workers are always helpful and friendly. I prefer going to this location than the one on West Colonial Drive.
