this is so disappointing this Home Depot. We ordered furniture online at this Home Depot. It was supposed to deliver last one whole day. Then they rescheduled that they was also lost. The delivery never came but it's stated that the furniture was delivered and there was a signature that was not even our signature. We have cameras outside there's not one sign of a truck. So what is this a false signature no furniture two days from 8 to 8 waiting if there's a fraud or what is it. Very disappointed. Extremely disappointed. We are Customer since 30 years.

Do not ever, ever use Home Depot to install anything. Not even a light bulb!!! This has been a total nightmare from the beginning and it only escalates. This is what we spent $12500.00 on. BIG MISTAKE!!!We had home depot install 5 windows and a sliding glass door. About a month after we placed the order, there was an issue about getting the bathroom window frosted. One person said it can be done another said no. So they charged us $178 to get it frosted. Even though they said it can't be done. They also charged us $500 to get the concrete cut by the door, even though the salesman didn't know if it needed cut. It did not need cut. Four months later they called for an install. We were excited until they started. It took two days. Had to come back for the chalking. Sliding door did not fit so they built in around it. Screens do not fit correctly and when we questioned it we were told everything cannot be perfect. Really??? We still keep calling to get things done but no return calls or even an email, two months after install. We have damage from the drill they used to install. Screw holes are either to big or to small for the plugs. One window is 1/2 inch out of Plum. Screens do not fit correctly and 45 Degree cuts on them are bad. There is a place where plastic piece is hanging down on sliding door. When it came time for the final inspection, they even screwed that up. Allison Morris,Inspection Coordinator thought the inspector only had to drive by and marked my widows as being done. Every time I look at the windows I find something else that is wrong or needs fixed. Please look at pictures. Randall Tackett, District Installation Manager--- will not return calls or emailsAmber Appel, Branch Installation Manager - Orlando-- will not return calls or emailsThey really need to get their stuff together

Is there anybody working today???I have been calling since 7am trying to find out if your sheet saw is working or not. I've wasted over 5 trips to Home Depot because the saw has been down and I really want to check before I fight traffic just to be disappointed again.

I stopped to get some painting supplies and I went up to cash out and there were no cashiers for regular costumers only self checkout and the line was 10 to 12 people! This was around 6 pm on March 28th. So while the managers stood around with their heads up their butt, customers were getting angry and I parked my cart and left! You might as well post a big F-U sign over the register for the lack of basic service that you provide to your customers! Not ONLY was it Bad Service, there was NO SERVICE! I WON'T SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Used a machined to cut concrete that we rented from Home Depot and all was excellent. The customer service was excellent too.

Once upon a time there was a world that thought of a hardware store as a little neighborhood market that was owned by someone in the community and had a few people working there. Then Home Depot came onto the scene and pretty much obliterated the local hardware store until pretty much all that remained was Home Depot and Lowe's. Lately, Ace Hardware has been trying to.capitalize on the whole neighborhood and warehouse store, but they are a chain,as well. Anyway, Home Depot does have a lot to offer. You can get lost wandering the aisles and pretty much anything and everything you need or even might need can be found within those cavernous aisles. This alone makes it a positive experience and my time here was a productive visit and I got what I needed and was on my way in an acceptable amount of time. All in all, I would recommend this particular Home Depot location for your home and D.I.Y. needs. I don't believe anyone likes shopping in a hardware store, but I had some items to get and knew that I should be able to get everything that I needed at Home Depot and, by the way, they did have everything that I needed so, "mission accomplished."

Customer service line wait is beyond ridiculous. Over 15 minutes to make a simple return... one station open as the line built up. Unacceptable.

I am so thankful I didn't give up on Home Depot appliance section. I almost bought my new kitchen appliances at Lowes. Today I had an amazing experience with Kevin who spent over an hour trying to help me decide on Samsung or Whirlpool. He was super knowledgeable about all the appliances and their history. He did side by side comparisons of each appliance I was interested in Vs the competitor. Sadly the refrigerator wasn't in stock but I'm going back on Monday if it is available I'll be buying my range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator w Kevin. Huge thank you to Scottie for searching high and low for a tool kit my husband wanted. I bought a bunch of lumber and as I was putting it in my car Scottie was behind helping me! Thank you to everyone at this store who has gone above and beyond for me as I build a new home!

Do you want Home Depot to use up to 1.2 gigabytes of storage on your Mac? I am having to click through this message multiple times while shopping Home Depot online. I am remodeling and I am frequently on their site. This is something new as of May 2022 and it is a pain to avoid accidentally giving them permission as I hurriedly try to find what I'm looking for. Why do they want to do this? There is no explanation from Home Depot. Lowes does not want to use 1.2 gigabytes on my Mac.

I bought 3 windows 04/20 the window salesman and manager helped because the employee needed help. this was the beginning of COVID so the store closed at 6:00 pm and I was the last one in the store . we finally got the order done and they were suppose to come 3 weeks . I called Home depot and it was explained to me about due to covid shipping , manufacturing, businesses had changed so ordered were going to be late . So I never called again . My first two windows came months after and my worker came to put the windows in and they were the wrong color and the wrong window . I called Home Depot and two employees came to my home and saw that the windows were wrong . They told me that their driver would pick them up . I kept calling and calling until I finally took them back . One day I came home from work and my third window was in my driveway nov-dec2020 . by now my worker is working and feb27,2021 he came and this window is wrong . I contacted Home Depot I was told I had to come inside and the customer service called customer care and was told the manager had the say so to refund me . I wanted my worker to speak with the window manager to get it right ! And he wouldn't do that . he told ? His words) go over his head , he gave me the number to corporate. I called and Zacharyyyyyy yold me he had the authority to authorize a full refund but he won't . My argument is I waited months and months and understanding the shipping situation due to corvid but they wouldn't extend me the same court.. Zacharyyyyyy offered me a gift card and I declined because I paid cash and that's Whst I want back . I also went to my bank and discovered they charged me three times instead of two times. Home Depot is suppose to help their customers especially when we're all going through the same thing at this time but I was treated really disrespectful and I won't except that . For a store manager to say call my boss and give me the number instead of trying to find a resolution is un heard of !!!! I'm fine with Home Depot

It's the home depot. If you know what you're doing you're at the right place. If you don't know what you're doing you're still at the right place ...hard to go wrong when you trust the pros at Home Depot

Jerry in the mill work department is this stores most valuable asset. I called Lowe's no one knew much about sliding glass doors and even when I called Home Depot other people tried to help and could not but once I got ahold of Jerry he knew right off the bat what I needed off the top of his head! What a relief to finally find someone knowledgeable enough to help me. I'm on my way in to purchase an expensive sliding glass door and I'm going to shake that mans hand.

I continuously have customer service, product outage and return issues with this store. Their shelves are never stocked with the items that I need, I always have to find an associate and get them to come help me get something from the back or down from the shelves which is a huge waste of time and takes away from all the convenience of shopping I store. I'm a contractor so time is money and I waste a lot of time at this store which costs me money. This location has no grip on how it needs to be run. Secondly the costumer service is not good as well, nobody wants to help with anything, associates are rarely around and dint care to answer or help when asked simple questions. It's like pulling teeth to find somebody or get a simple question answered. Thirdly they are always finding some issue with returns, I have a pro xtra account, I have the card I used, I have recipes yet still there is always some problem with me returning things. I have a very well documented pro xtra account that all of my receipts go into and somehow that's not enough. The root of the whole issue is the way the store is run, from top down it is mismanaged and nobody seems to care. I couldn't even find a way to contact a manager to express these issues to. So I'm hoping someone who cares will see this and contact me or do something about this god awful Southland Home Depot.
