Raquel was great and patient , we were there for almost 2 hours and she made sure to help us fill out a claim since we never done anything like it before! State farm is the best and its people like her that makes the company great! She deserves a raise for the help she did and making all those calls!

Today I was served at the State Farm office by Agent Tony Lopes, by employee Rubi. I would like to thank you very much for all your patience in assisting me, as I do not speak English. Rubi, with all her care and attention, once again helped me renew the insurance policies for my two cars. An excellent employee, helpful and very patient in helping especially immigrants like me. Thank you very much State Farm, and a special thank you to Rubi.

All the service reps .,I've spoken with has always been very good to me. I love state farm, if they had a 10 star rating ,I would give a 10 star.

It's very hard to impress me but I'll tell you what I was very pleased to have been treated so good when I called in.
Not only was I greeted professional but also her attitude was amazing always happy to answer my questions & also with suggestions which lead me to ask about other policies they offered. Alejandra you were beyond amazing thank you for making my call productive & pleasant, at one point I taught I was talking to one of the owners.... that's how great she was
