I don’t know if it’s just me, but the way you greet and say bye to customers goes a long way. I was waiting at the counter and when it was my turn, the girl said “hey, what’s up” - like WHAT? Are customers are bother? I’ve never in my life had a customer service person say that to me. How about - Hi, how can I help you? And there was no good bye or have a nice day. (Oh and definitely didn’t get greeted when I walked in- and there was more to the interaction but I’ll leave it at that). Just leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I think businesses should try and help teach their teams about the importance of customer service because we’re in uncertain economic times - I mean the Forever21 right next door just closed its doors!

Says they close at 9pm online I walked up at 7:52 pm and the door was locked and people inside were chatting

Staff was very nice and helpful. Wife and I dont normally shop at tillys but ended up liking the clothes and buying a few things. Not cheap but theres some decent deals if you know where to look and good quality.

Overall it is a good store. But my main beef with Tilly's and not just this location is how long it takes to check out. Tilly's just needs to make it so you can give a phone number instead of email address. I just want to have the cashiers take my phone number, scan the items and take my money. It doesn't have to take 5 minutes to check out. Also they only have maybe 2 people checking out and people looking to check out is always 5-10 people. Again, I like the store, but my beef is the slowness at checkout.

Customer service truly has fallen. I shopped here all the time and now I barely even want to go back. I get no help from the associates. The line is insane with only 1 person running register on a daily basis. The store has not updated or even looks appealing to shop in anymore. Truly sad to see the downfall of this location.

Ciara was amazing she helped answer all my questions and pick out some amazing Christmas gifts for my family. I had a great experience I definitely recommend asking for her every time you go in! Such a sweet soul!

Managers were extremely uninformed and became hostile when they couldn’t answer questions I asked. I asked for a managers name and she gave me one but I went in the next day and that same name was on the return receipt when I checked out. Only problem was, the manager who gave me her name the night before wasn't the one checking me out, or even working. So I came to the conclusion the manager from the night before gave me another employees name when I asked for hers. I assumed she gave me this fake name because she could tell I was unsatisfied and was being very unhelpful, so I asked her for a customer service number as well as her name. Staff was very deceitful and wouldn’t help me get my money back when I tried to make a return. They would only give me store credit and didn’t inform me that I could do a sales audit through corporate, fortunately I found this out after speaking with customer service TWICE. I wouldn’t recommend going here based on the other reviews I’ve read and my own experiences between the hostility and deceitfulness of the managers. If you’re looking for a similar store I would suggest pacsun, they have similar styles and brands and a much more customer friendly environment. If you’re in Tillys please be on the lookout for the attitude of the staff I’ve noted and you won’t miss it.On a good note Zach at customer service was very helpful and patient in getting me my sales audit and he shouldn’t be working for such a unfriendly company.

The employees follow you around way too much. They also would not accept a return of an item in good condition claiming that it had signs of wear. It was my first time at Tilly's never going back. Not a good experience. Rather go to the actual department store then by things from them.

Attempted to return some clothes today. A visibly sick employee at the checkout, pulling her mask down and wiping her nose on her sleeve, didn't attempt to wash hands or use sanitizer. I didn't wait. Send your sick employees home.

Was asked to wear a mask. I politely said I cannot, but ill be quick, just buying a watch. Then I was asked to leave. Mask mandate has been over for months in fl. Too bad . Will not be doing business at any tillys.
