Hey, I've had problems in the past with just about all the competitors but it's so much industrialized the whole process that the customer service usually suffers hiding behind a computer industry wide. But today Tracy answered the phone right away and had a recent phone record on file and arranged the payment all surprisingly quick. I called early, just to lyk. Nice job. Thanks Thompson Gas

FIRST time using them since they took over Gilbert Propane and already had a horrible experience. They came in the morning to refill my tank, after I got home I noticed a strong gas smell by my tank which I’ve never smelled when they’ve filled it before. Called the on call number and was told I’d be $250 to have them come check it, I’ll be switching gas company's. Also costumer service sucks.

Delivery drivers were always on point however the customer service team is difficult to contact and or get a call back.

Reckless driver of one of their propane trucks blindly entered the road and nearly got t-boned by my friend Lane. After Lane called and complained, they didn’t seem to care one bit. Avoid this company and take your business elsewhere.

Thompson gas has some of the best contractors and techs I have dealt with. We had our 120 gallon tank installed after putting down new sod and the guys made sure to not destroy the yard. They were understanding and very helpful. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because we had a hiccup with permitting. All in all I’m very happy with them.They did deliver my tank and the valve still needs fixed.
