Says 2-3 weeks till shipping. A month passed by and I decided to call them to see where the item was and one person says they have it and it would be shipped out soon. Another week goes by still shows that the order is processing so I call again and this person can't find the order and says they'll get back to me when they find it. Never got back to me

This company makes the worst lab coats in the Orlando area. I will never set a foot in this disgusting establishment again. Terrible customer service. Felt like I walked into a store from the 1950s. And the materials are poor quality.

I wish there was a zero star rating. They are unprofessional. Terrible customer service. It feels like you walk to a store from the 1950s, nobody cares about you. All they care about is money.
