I just moved in today as of December 26th 2023 Evonne TorresLeasing ProfessionalThe Villages on Millenia.Not only was she amazing about answering all my questions working with me every step of the way I would highly recommend this place for anyone to move into whether you're on section 8 or low income housing or just looking for a nice set up for your new home. I know for a fact that I'm going to love living here and I'm so grateful for the leasing office staff who helped me every step of the way they are so friendly and polite and they go above and beyond I definitely can see myself making friends with them while living here and I can definitely see myself enjoying my life here. ☺️ ?❤️??

This is my third time applying for this scam apartment a year apart each and I’ve been denied all 3 times in less than a minute saying that my credit score doesn’t mean the requirement my credit score is 750+ I’m confused at this point because I have good credit for everything and everywhere except for this complex and I’m only working part time at the moment so I make way less than what they require. CONCORD RENT IS SCAM!

As of right now I am unsatisfied because they seem like nice apartment complexes but when you can never get in contact with anyone about leasing it throws you completely off, mind you if calling right when they open, no way they are extremely busy, and if they have to be extremely busy everyday as soon as they open then that tells you that maybe they aren’t as good as they seem
