If I could leave 0 stars I would. When I came into the store there were 2 customers in front of me, I waited in line to be serviced for 15 minutes or more only to be turned away within the 1st minute of the cashier “helping” me. The cashier saw that I had 4 different labels that he would have to box, tape, and label and did not want to be bothered with doing so because of the growing line in the store. The cashier was rude and not helpful at all.

I came to and got in line. There were three female cashiers; I specify this since people must be customer servers and stop being attitudes. They were talking to some gentlemen, and one of them served the gentleman in front of me. But she left me in line. I came to return the Amazon order, and she wanted to force me to buy a box. this is the second time this has happened to me. When Amazon specifies that you do NOT have to buy boxes and pack or label, their customer service is terrible, their store is always dirty, and they want to abuse customers by forcing them to purchase packaging when it is not necessary.

Apparently Angelica runs UPS as a whole company. I sell things. It’s what I do, I go to UPS very often and not once has an employee told me I CANT SHIP my items in padded mailer. I CAN SHIP MY ITEMS IN WHATEVER I WANT AS LONG AS IT IS SAFE AND MY MATERIALS ARE NOT HAZARDOUS. Then it would require special box or mailing. It was just a pair of shoes. I mentioned to her I needed a mailer and that I already have the label printed and she says you cannot do that. So I reply kindly how come if I’ve done it before at different locations. Her response was that whoever does that for me is doing it wrong. She starts being awkward and overly staring at me, then proceeds to say my box won’t fit in a mailer, I go grab the mailer and LORD BEHOLD IT FITS. She felt very embarrassed I bet and stayed quiet the entire time afterwards. The manager had to step in because ANGELICA was tweaking out on me for no reason. PLEASE GET A BETTER ASSOCIATE, she does not want to be there obviously.
