They charge five dollars to print out one document to send UPS. Zero courtesy to customers I had to drive all the way out of town to Staples to print out a one page document. I have never come across this at any other UPS store.

I scheduled a 9am appointment online for notary services. I showed up 20 min early. Notary was a no show. Was told by the employees that “corporate” doesn’t know their notary’s hours. So why have it in your web site?. Wasted trip

I choose to send my business products via UPS for their wonderful service and speed. The service is wonderful and fast. They have assistance in Spanish and English. Excellent place.

The location on Narcoossee Road in Lake Nona has a friendly staff. I have always used the store for my shipping needs. Yesterday, I needed help printing a very important, large-scale image for an upcoming event. A representative was calm and composed while resizing the image on my laptop, setting up the Wi-Fi, and printing it.
