I had an amazing bridal shower this weekend at The Tea Room Experience, hosted by my mother with the help of Ingrid and three lovely women. They were all so kind, cheerful, and helpful. When we arrived the place was clean, beautiful, and in theme, which everyone loved. I highly recommend hosting a private event here. Thank you so much <3 (pictured are only one tray of treats but we had SO many and they boxed up what we didn't eat - so tasty and plentiful)

Overall a great experience! Excellent variety of teas and a nice sampling of sandwiches and treats. I drove from out of town, and it was worth the drive. The servers were all very friendly. I only wish they'd given us a heads up when the kitchen was closing. They are very strict on time, and it would have been nice if our server let us know that going in or asked if we had any last tea requests. They did provide tea bags of the ones I requested but couldn't try, so it all worked out. However, I do recommend visitors who'd like to try a lot of teas (and I did) keep track of their time. I'd still come back and would highly recommend!

My Bridal Shower was hosted here and it turned out beautiful. The coordinators are very helpful from start to finish, and it was so fun being able to customize the decor to my liking. The day of ran smoothly and all of my guests had a wonderful time! And who doesn’t love being able to play dress up and have tea (and champagne!)

I experienced the worst birthday ever at this place. The staff was not very cooperative or friendly. I had checked the website for any restrictions before bringing my balloons (they also came with a weight so it wouldn't fly up)and birthday cake, but when we arrived I was told that what I brought wasn't allowed. Secondly, we were very rushed throughout the entire experience, our waiter kept coming over and pushing the next course in our face when we just started. They were not at all nice about the misunderstanding of their restrictions, if they don't want things to happen like that, then make it more noticeable on the website! My party and I also felt as though there was a racist undertone to their behavior and attitude. *FOOD POISONING, my party a day later notified me that they all felt very sick and threw up after eating the food, this is just an overall HORRIBLE establishment.

came here to celebrate my birthday and anniversary loved everything about it from decor to the teas, my server Paige was very attentive and had great customer service, would definitely be amazing if they made a themed winnie the pooh menu or event, this place would be perfect for it ?

this place is absolutely GORGEOUS! i rented this venue for my daughters high school graduation party. it was worth every penny. all of our friends and family had a wonderful time!! the food was delicious! i love how cozy and intimate it felt, but also was very spacious for a party of 30 guests. thank you for being so accommodating, and sweet! we will be back!

First time coming to this place and was a great experience, the staff was amazing and very accommodating with allergies to foods. Food and unlimited tea were a great deal for the price point. Left stuffed and with left overs. Have been wanting to come here since it opened and never had the opportunity. Glad I booked this for my mom’s birthday and can see it becoming a tradition for birthdays to come!
Dietary restrictions: Allergic to a few ingredients used in menu they were able to accommodate with ease.

Mother’s Day tea to-go for two was beautifully packaged! Everything was delicious with wonderfully surprising sweet and savory flavor combinations. Desserts were decadent! Simple pickup and friendly service. I’ll definitely want to visit in person next time! Note: the tea to-go comes loose leaf in bags and will need to be brewed. I had a tea ball that came in very handy for this!

I missed cloth napkins and individual spreaders for cream and jam. Also I prefer loose tea. Pretty atmosphere and nice people. Food good and pretty.
