I came in to get shirts for my brothers football game and was greeted by Kendall. He told me that he owned the store. He assured me that my shirts would be ready by 4pm. When I arrived the next day, I was told that the shirts were not ready by who I am assuming is the manager of the shop. She then told me that I should have paid for same day printing and then only offered to give a 50% refund. I was never told by Kendall this information prior to ordering but he had no problem taking my almost 200 dollars. This was extremely disappointing because it was my brothers senior night. I will not be utilizing this company again.

I placed an order for shirts and a tablecloth for an event. Upon receiving the order, I discovered that it was incorrect. I promptly brought this to the attention of the establishment, and they requested that I return in two hours. However, upon my return, they are now refusing to provide me with the correct products or issue a refund.

Stay away from this place! The husband kicked a box at me. The wife threatened to throw something at me. Bottom line, I didn't get my t-shirt and they kept my $355.80.

Called at 9 am to see if they were open (because online says 24 hours) the woman who answered was kind of rude and very off putting. But she did say no one will be there until 10:30 today. Taking my money elsewhere… the tone and lack of customer service did it for me.

This is a family business, they were extremely kind and professional with my order. Before printing I was sent a mockup of the design and was able to make adjustments over the phone! When they called me to let me know the shirts were ready I asked about getting an extra shirt made, and they were kind enough to do it at no cost. The shirts are honoring my two brothers that have cancer. Thank you for being a blessing to my family

Bad customer service. I called a week prior to see if they do graduation stoles, and that i only needed one made, the guy i spoke with said yes, but they were currently out of stock. So i asked if i purchase a blank one on amazon will i be able to bring it in and they can make it, he told me yes and quoted me a price of approx. 20$. so i immediately ordered on amazon. I get to the place and recieve nothing but excuses !. I told the receptionist that i called earlier that week and wanted to get the stole made, she proceeds to say :"well i dont know who told you that, there are 6 people who work here, and u have to have a minmum order of 6 stoles made and we are closed today"(even though google says they are open 24 hours). Complete opposite of what i was initially told over the phone. Firstly who would need 6 stoles made at once ? This is why i called to make sure of before i ordered the blank stole from amazon. Now i am in real time crunch because she did want to service me. I will NEVER recommend this place anyone, since they changes the rules in a matter of days. Completely unprofessional . Also if they were suppose to be closed , then why have an open sign on your door ? Why does google say your business hours are 24 hrs and on you doors it says 27/7. I have wasted my time and gas now because of the unprofeasionalism at the place. Stay away from this place !

Today, I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to Print Shop for providing an experience that exceeded all expectations. When I walked through its doors, I never imagined I would leave with so much more than just a personalized t-shirt.
The experience started with automatic payment via QR code, followed by high-speed logistics that delivered my product to me in just 10 minutes (as soon as I completed the payment, wow!). What made this experience truly memorable were the details that made me feel special. Living in the USA, I chose a Portuguese phrase for my t-shirt, and the company owner, with a warm smile, came curiously to ask what that phrase meant. That smile, that energy, the care and attention to detail, as well as the interest in interacting with the customer, exceeded any expectations anyone could have had when walking through that tiny door. This shows us that, regardless of the size of the door we enter through, reality can be much bigger than we think. I am truly impressed and grateful for this unforgettable experience, my morning just got even better!
The Print Shop is not just a convenient store; is an example of how customer service can elevate any business transaction to a level of satisfaction that makes you want to come back for more.
Thank you, Print Shop, for being more than a store, for being true artists of customer service and experience. You have definitely stood out and become a reference for what it means to offer a high quality service.

They did such an amazing job!!! They were very helpful with the design and it was great to collaborate with them. It was great that I could bring my own hats to print with. The design is absolutely perfect. The team is so sweet and helpful!

Last year I ordered uniforms for my son, it was great. I don't know what happened this year they sent me the cheapest material, and the sizes were way off. I wasted over $140 on them. Save your money.The worst part is that I referred them to other parents. Now I have to reach out to tell them not to waste their money. What a shame. Very disappointed
