Ivy, was extremely awful. Left the salon crying. Went in for a brunette balayage left with orange/blonde hair. Burnt me with the straightener. It was still $375 and she didn’t offer to make it right or at least offer a discount for her hideous work. All she cared about was getting paid. DO NOT COME HERE

Ivy did a great job on my blonde extensions and that is the best shampoo and blodry I’ve ever had ! Ivy is the best she has great work ethic and easy to work with! She will get you what you want with your hair

I had my hair done at The Salon at Lake Nona in Orlando — my first hair appointment in 3 years! My stylist was Ivy, and she was amazing. She trimmed and put long layers in my hair, and it turned out beautifully. She was friendly, professional, and really took her time to make my hair look the best it could look. Highly recommended stylist!! Royal treatment!

Omg Mrs. Moore saved the day I came into her salon with a train wreck on my head, the extensions I had were fake and I didn't know and neither did the other lady who installed them for me but my head was itching and it was knotted up, just awful! Mrs. Moore put soft hair extensions in and she found the color I wanted and the curl pattern I needed.
Everyone else told me that what I was looking for was no longer sold anywhere. Welp she found just what I needed when no one else could. My extensions will last about a year if I keep taking care of them according to her instructions. She's very patient with my million questions and easy to talk to. I will keep updating pictures of my hair progression I keep asking her to dye it different colors Black is my latest hair color and aim keeping it !!! In the pic I haven't really styled it but it is cute !
Update: I took my extensions out because they were looking so dry and awful and I braid it every night and put a hair cap on to preserve the extensions. I have lost all my hair. ???I'm not posting pics of me bald headed.

I am new to the area and found this salon on my search for a place taking new customers. I always read reviews before going somewhere new and there were a lot of great comments for Ivy. Let me tell you, she did not disappoint. She is very welcoming, listens to what you want, and it was the best shampoo I've had in years! I will definitely be going back to her for my next cut and color appointment.

Ivy did an amazing job with my daughter’s hair. She appreciated that Ivy asked her questions to know what she wanted and them delivered with a beautiful cut, color and style. According to my 15 year old it was a 10/10 experience. This was our first time with Ivy. She is an excellent stylist and kind person. We will be back!
