I had a wonderful experience working with Mark and his entire group. From the moment Mark came to my home to meet me I knew I didn't need to interview anyone else. We decided to move forward and his staff jumped into action. We did a few things inthe house, his listing agent got the pictures done, put it up and within three hours we got a full-price offer and his closing agent took over and we were able to close early. Everyone worked together as a team and it was amazing.

I recently worked with Mark and his team on selling my Mother's condo after she passed away last year. He and his team were awesome to work with. Mark was very knowledgeable about setting the right price and got more than we expected. They were also instrumental in helping get the property ready to show as well as helped work through inspections after it had listed. We received a full price offer from one of the first listings. Excellent experience with The Mark Ramey Group. I had to sell a property in probate while living out of state. Mark put in the extra effort to win my business, and he didn't let me down after I chose him. He and his team took care of all the details. Mark and his team go above and beyond and follow through with everything they promise to do. They are very knowledgeable about the best strategies for selling your home for the best price. Selling a home after a loved one has passed away can be a very difficult process even under the best conditions, but Mark, Joslyn, and Victoria made everything so much easier. Mark and his whole team made a very stressful process smooth and easy. Mark was appointed as a special magistrate in a partition proceeding and even though he was not required to by the court, he kept me informed every step of the way and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with how things proceeded. We knew we had a tough road ahead, wrapping up the estate for my Sister and Brother In Law from hundreds of miles away. From the very first contact, Mark made it clear that he understood our situation and was there to help. Once we met in person I knew we had the right person to help us. Mark’s team made the process so much easier. There will always be bumps in the road, but we felt like we had a team working for us throughout. A special shout out to Victoria who really showed some “out of the box” thinking that saved the day. If I had it to do all over again, the only thing I would change is enlisting Mark earlier! This was BY FAR the best decision we made!
