Clay was so helpful as we designed a jersey for a long term hospital patient and his family. He and his team were quick to respond and answer questions and to ship our jerseys. The jerseys were great quality, exactly as we requested and the family loved them! Highly recommend using Imperial Point, their customer service is amazing.

Brenda Paetzold Is the greatest customer service specialist I have ever encountered. We have been doing business with them since 2018 and they have not disappointed. Brenda and imperial point, I just wanted to say thank you for your amazing customer service. You worked tirelessly to make sure we got what we wanted in a timely manner. Our shooters look great and our uniforms are beautiful! They arrived yesterday (2 week turnaround), and I was excited to see they were delivered so quickly! Thank you for all you do (even at 3am lol).

An absolute first class experience! The volleyball club I coached at previously used Imperial Point so when I found out my school program was due for new uniforms, I knew exactly where I was going. I was given Brenda's name as a contact and from the first interaction, I knew I had made the right decision to go with this company. My order consisted of 7 different uniform designs and 105 total uniforms. Brenda worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life, answering all of my questions and guiding me through the entire process, step by step. And she did it all with an enthusiasm not seen very often anymore. But really, the important thing is are the uniforms good quality? Absolutely YES! Beautiful coloring and high quality materials and the multiple design options make it easy to get exactly what you want. And having great employees like Brenda deliver on those designs makes it all the better. All of my future uniform orders will be going to Imperial Point and I hope to be able to work with Brenda again soon. Great company, great product.

When I found these guys, it was like finding a gold mind. Clay went above and beyond and kept me in the loop the whole entire time. When I receive the product it was way more than what I expected. If you want Great customer service and a team that I’m sure to order more shorts from in the future, don’t hesitate to go with these guys. They are top-notch at what they do!!!

I can not say enough nice things about this business. They have done the uniforms for my school for the last few years and they are outstanding. We have ordered custom ones with the player names on them the last 2 years and the turn around time is unbelievable. They did my JV uniforms in just over a week!! A week!! Do yourself a favor and go with Imperial Point! Robert is my point man and just awesome!!!

Kenneth at The Imperial Point provided what might be the best customer service experience I’ve ever received. He always got back to me right away and everything went incredibly smoothly. The turnaround on how quickly he was able to get my jerseys, designed, ordered, shipped, and delivered was what was most surprising. I’m up in Minnesota but if I ever need custom apparel, Imperial Point is my vendor of choice.

I was hesitant about switching from the company we had been using to this one. I mean, who isn't nervous about sending thousands of dollars across the internet for a massive order for a TEAM of people. These Google reviews helped me decide to go ahead with it, though. So, I figured I would leave my own!I had the pleasure of working with Kenneth throughout my experience with Imperial Point and let me just say: he is underpaid just for dealing with ME!!!! I'm sure I sent him over 10+ orders and alterations and he handled each. one. Like a champ! I am totally pleased with the products! My team is in love with the uniforms and backpacks!! Everything came BEFORE the estimated arrival times he gave me. I will definitely use them in the future and I hope you do too.

Extremely happy with the quality of the jerseys we received from Imperial Point! We needed ~20 softball jerseys for a men’s league and they got here within a few weeks of the design being approved. Highly recommend this company, and our sales rep Noah was a huge help.

Vanessa and Abigail are the best of the best. As a new team we wanted to get the feel of professional without the price of the big leagues. These ladies spent tons of time with us and answered all questions casting out all doubt that we were getting into the right thing! When we got our jerseys I nearly cried! It IS possible to get a fully customized jersey to your specifications and not spend a ton of money to do it. The Imperial Point is our go to and will be for years to come!
