I am a real estate investor and was looking for an off-market property. I was toying for a long period of time with the idea of buying a property in Florida, both for enjoying it in winter (we live up North) and renting it out when we cannot be there. I contacted a couple of other agents in the past but they were maybe too busy, so communicating with them was sometimes difficult and also, the kind of properties offered were not the ones that we were interested in.One day I met Ms Sills, Sandy, via Facebook: she caught my lead, spoke by phone to find out what my needs and expectations were and quickly prepped me to visit several properties, then I flew to the Sunny State and she was there: a gorgeous woman with an intelligent look, ready to show me the properties... Some of them were better than others. It's normal, but in the meantime she told me about the neighborhoods, the HOA fees, insurance, how to rent short term, what to take into account when buying in Central Florida, things like the pool, alarm, landscaping etc.Finally, I bought a house there and then, her job didn't finish there, because she introduced me to her team who helped me with the renovation, decor and so many other details, in order to help me to make my new home beautiful.I don't want to make a super long comment but she is someone that is really committed and replies fast with solutions and also works with the BEST team (Thank You Dan, Amy, Jesse, Walter, Jesus, Tim, Tacha and Jae), which is extremely helpful when you are starting to swim in the warm Florida real estate waters while trying to avoid the alligators. These folks are so great that I am considering moving there, they treat me like family (not royalty). I explain: family can be tough, letting me know what is good or not, agreeing or not with my suggestions and /or ideas. But that is what I was looking for: real advice. Thank you. Amalia

Mrs.Sills, from the beginning to the end of my process of purchasing my first home, Was amazing!!! No matter what time I needed to speak to her, She was always available. She was very attentive and made my first experience purchasing a home stress free. Mind you I live in New York and I purchased my home in Florida. If you’re looking for a caring, professional agent. There are no words to describe Sandy, our agent who help us find not one, but two houses in the two weeks time while we’re in Orlando area. As a first time home buyer, The Giff Group made our experience smooth and stress free. Working with Sandy is such a blessing. Very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding. She was able to walk us through the whole process step by step. I got a post card in the mail with this group promising to sell my home or they will buy it. I was so going to proof them wrong so I set up an appointment for them to come out and give us the details. Long story story short. They came out. Gave us all the details that they will sell our house in 90 days or they will buy it for full market price. We got an offer in 5 days of it going on the market followed by 5 more offers and we closed on our home in 47 days after. We love this group because they put their money were there mouth is.
