The hotel is a little older, which usually I don't mind, if it's kept up. The appliances in the kitchen were very old and I was hesitant to use them. When I arrived at 11pm the first night the alarm clock was blinking and buzzing loudly. The door was sticking, and it was hard to open and close. The laundry facility (building 2, 4th floor) was out of service. Only one entrance of to the building would read the key card. The Internet was really slow and unreliable. This morning, there was water pouring from the ceiling and flooded the kitchenette. I fell trying to leave the room. The bathroom floor towel was filthy after one shower because the floor grout was so dirty.

I got to this place through Air-BNB (apartment 3701). Your experience with direct sign up may definitely/hopefully vary. Full disclosure, I was on a very tight budget and saving up for expenses in Universal Studios. I was given a private suite. Had a smart door lock on it. But it wouldn't work. I had to pull the door tighter to let the dead lock rotate with the smart lock. Good smelling room, great interiors. Stand in shower, seamless bathroom sink, wide mirrors, glass sliding bathroom doors, On the face of it, it appeared to be a very good place. I still would take it next time if I am on the same budget and in the area. Please check and if needed plan and buy shower gels, shampoos and what not before you get in.I completely understand this is just my experience. However, you must know what you are signing up for, if you are taking Upon closer inspection, the reality sweeps in. Almost loose bathroom sink tap, rotting, unfinished bathroom door corners and panels, door that wouldn't close unless you put your entire body weight to shut it close. Flooring that is not level and thus would pool the water farther side of the drain hole after shower, complete lack of any toiletries other than small hotel samples that run out on first use. Point to note though, all these issues are just in the bathroom. I am guessing the floor leveling caused water logging issues with previous residents and ruined the subfloor. Even with all these issues, it is still serviceable and definitely gets the job done.Nearby activities: Universal Studios is just 10 min away. Icon park is 5-7 minutes away.Noteworthy details: If you are ordering food via food delivery apps and services, please be aware that you would need to go all the way to the ground floor lobby or on the road. Buildings are protected by key cards so delivery personnel will not be able to enter the building. There are 3 buildings on the premises. And it cannot be specified in the delivery address either. So be ready for some person hunting activities in the parking lot. Or even frustrated delivery people due to delays.

Shasa at their Market place restaurant went out of her way to hold the kitchen open so we could eat lunch on 2/18/24. We were traveling and staying there and showed up near closing. She was so pleasant and understanding. What a great employee. A good place to stay and a great restaurant.Rooms: Very comfortable and a good valueFood & drinks: The restaurant provides a good variety of food for breakfast and lunch at a reasonable price It is also very good especially the hamburgers

The hotel from the outside is beautiful, excellent location and super friendly staff. Rent a 2-bedroom suite, super comfortable and the beds too. When I arrived both the bathrooms and the floor were super dirty and there were even other people's belongings there (skirt, hair bows, stocking). The air conditioning didn't work very well, the temperature outside dropped at night and I think that helped us a lot but in summer I don't want to know. The kitchen (cabinets) in very poor condition and the refrigerator too. The wi-fi was having problems and the TV in the living room was in terrible condition (cables detached from the back, it didn't work). It was strange how they had put the televisions in both the bedrooms and the living room. The table and the sofa were already ugly. I think they should consider remodeling the hotel later.

Strategic location for those going to Orlando! Central, close to everything ?? 5 minutes from Parque Universal, close to Outlets, restaurants and WallmartRooms: Bedroom + kitchen, with infrastructure. 2 double beds - ideal for a family with 2 children.Nearby activities: Close to Orlando's main attractions, the hotel itself offers leisure, but I hardly used it, as I was staying while visiting the parksSafety: Quiet and safe, rooms with individual key and secretWalkability: Close to major McDonalds, Walgreens, Outlet Market PlaceFood & drinks: It offered services, which I rarely used

The rooms are nice but the internet is unreliable. Since payment processors are connected to the laundry, this makes the laundry also unreliable. I had thought prepaid cards were the hotel's mitigation strategy this. But lo and behold, they do not have these cards despite the prominent posting in the laundry room. Whats worse, the hotel rep characterized this as "unfortunate" but would not concede to my word "unacceptable"; which i view as an appropriate description of failing to provide an advertised service. She just said its out of the hotels control and suggested I try another building. The quality of the rooms is doing a lot of work in this two star review.

Absolutely terrible place to stay. Smells like marijuana,, not kids friendly, shady people in and around the premises.
