The balcony is a beautiful modern gem nestled in the middle of downtown Orlando. As a photographer, the photos during golden hour are a chefs kiss. I would highly recommend this venue as an option if you are looking for diversity in your photos.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at The Balcony Orlando, and we cannot express enough how absolutely phenomenal our experience was. From the moment we stepped into this breathtaking venue, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our special day. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Ashley, the incredible Event Manager at The Balcony Orlando. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our wedding was not only perfect but exceeded our wildest expectations. Her expertise and dedication were evident from the start as she seamlessly coordinated with other vendors, making the entire planning process a breeze. Ashley's warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for her work truly set the tone for an unforgettable celebration.
Our wedding coordinator, Jamie, deserves special recognition for her outstanding efforts. From our initial meeting, it was evident that Jamie had an unparalleled knowledge of The Balcony Orlando and a seamless rapport with the venue staff and vendors. Her ability to navigate the intricacies of wedding planning was nothing short of impressive, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Jamie's calm, cool, and collected demeanor was a constant source of reassurance throughout the planning stages. On the big day, she orchestrated everything flawlessly, ensuring that every detail was executed with precision. Jamie and her team worked tirelessly behind the scenes, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the joy of the moment. Her dedication to making our day perfect was evident, and we cannot thank her enough for being the wedding superstar who made our dreams come true.
The Balcony Orlando offers a trifecta of excellence - an impeccable staff, mouthwatering cuisine, and luxurious facilities. The entire team made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire weekend, providing exceptional service that left a lasting impression on us and our guests. The views from The Balcony are nothing short of stunning, adding a touch of magic to an already enchanting venue. Our guests were not only in awe of the picturesque views and luxurious facilities but also raved about the delectable food and the seamless execution of every detail. The Balcony Orlando truly exceeded our expectations, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have celebrated our special day in such a remarkable venue.

DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE! As beautiful as the place may be, do not book unless you want the embarrassment of the police showing up at your event. What this venue fails to mention is that due to a residential building being next door you will receive multiple noise complaints if there is music. The staff will take your food without asking and the security guard will harass you by all means necessary. A wedding was shut down by the police because of their napoleon complex having security guard. I am utterly DISGUSTED with this place. I repeat, DO NOT BOOK THIS VENUE!

I am disgusted on how your staff and security what happened at my daughter and son in law wedding. there was no need to call the police the guest were shocked due to they didn't know what was happening. Me as the mother of the bride is so disgusted you need to close the place down and not have any business running all staff plus secruity was unprofessional. my daughter couldn't even enjoy her beautiful wedding after all the money that was charged It's a disgrace close your business you should not be having any events there

I hosted a photoshoot at The Balcony, the service I received was incredible from the inquiry to the end of the session. Andrew was super quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns. Janney assisted us during our shoot and was super helpful with everything from helping with some setups, to accessing and navigating the elevator/ parking garage.I highly recommend The Balcony Orlando because the staff was just awesome during the whole experience and not to mention a gorgeous venue with the best downtown views ?

I had the most seamless & exciting experience planning my wedding at the Balcony this past July alongside Sarah and the rest of the Balcony's team. We had several thorough phone meetings and venue visits throughout my 10-month planning process to ensure every detail was nailed down. Our special day went off without a single issue! Everything was exactly where it was supposed to be and when, and it looked beautiful. It was exactly our vision :) Thank you so much for a memorable day!

Loved this venue! Aside from the gorgeous view and beautiful venue, the venue coordinators were amazing. Fran and Brianna were there every steps of the way even if it wasn't in their scope. The wedding process for any couple can be pretty stressful but Brianna and Fran were constantly checking on us and making sure we were happy.
We highly recommend this venue.

Incredible and unique for any special occasion. Example business holiday party, wedding, reunions, special parties, anniversaries, For example, You can have the venue indoor and outdoor, not jist one or the other. The view is beautiful.

Made an appointment for a full venue check, no one showed up, they didn’t check their schedule that we were in today. So unprofessional. We had to pay 13 dollars in parking, drove all the way from winter garden, my partner made the time and took breaks from his meetings to come see this place. The roof top is ugly and old and dirty. What kind of business is this? Complete joke.
