I would live here again and again. Just the prices are too high. Staff and maintenance is ALWAYS on point. Requests get handled immediately. They're always taking care of the property and grounds as well.

I lived in this condominium for 1 year and I was very happy in this place! The girls at the office are really cool! The monthly events are very good and well designed. I give it 5 stars because it really is a good place to live!

On this occasion, I want to comment on the excellent work of our Manager Liza Valerino, committed to the entire Apartment Complex, in regards to all maintenance, cleaning and security. In the five years as a resident of this complex, I feel happy and grateful for the opportunity to live here. For the first time, the cleaning of the hallways was excellent, with a good washing done by the maintenance staff, under the direction of Liza Valerino and her entire team. Just as we have also observed it in the pool areas, parking lots, buildings, giving guidelines to improve all areas of our complex. Always accompanied by her great team from the administrative and maintenance area.

I visited this community while apartment hunting I’ve never heard of them before visiting so i didn’t know what to expect. When I entered I was greeted by Michelle who was very welcoming and kind. She gave me a tour of the community and it exceeded my expectations completely. This is a very clean and quiet community and it’s close to a lot from grocery stores to the mall being right down the street. The move in process was very easy and stress free and Michelle made sure to work very diligent and kept a clear line of communication during the move in process. I am very happy with my new apartment!

We moved in about 3 months ago. Was a little reluctant to give 5 stars due to some poor ratings on Google, but I have been very happy since we moved in. Apartment itself is spacious and well maintained. The complex and amenities are all well maintained. Location is great and close to many great stores and restaurants. Great community overall.

I’m just going to copy this previous review because its well written and 100% accurate. He just forgot to mention the overpriced rent, the fact that they increase your rent by 500$ every year, and the fact that all the breezeways and the buildings are disgusting and dirty, not to mention the elevator and the gates are ALWAYS BROKEN, even the car vacuum and pressure washer water are always broken too. Traffic around here is horrific too Here we go:Wow where do I start? Addison Millenia displays this facade as if this is such an amazing place to live but a book should never be judged by its coverHaving been a resident for the past 2.5 years I am finally leaving after giving this place numerous chances and will never turn back. When you first move in everything seems great. The apartments are very nice on the inside and the staff seemed friendly but most of it is all for show. Maintenance asks you to put in a great review on Google reviews when they come and assist you with a service request in exchange for a gift card. This is done to make outsiders think that this is such a great place to live. Don’t be fooled. As time passed I learned the hard way.For the amount of money you pay a month to live here you would think there is always security but that is not the case. There is constant car theft in the apartment complex and areas around the building. Management probably has security come once a week at night but nothing is never done. They just circle the complex and take a few pictures indicating that they were here and then they leave. What a waste of time. I can be paid to do that.These apartments have thin paper walls so you can hear conversations from your neighbors. If you work from home good luck because loud music and dog barking occurs throughout the day. Even some tenants have parties that last until 3 or 4 in the morning.The amenities that are offered are not feasible at all for anyone. You are allowed to use the pool, technology center, gym, etc. only when the leasing office is open. Other than that your out of luck. The gym isn’t even 24 hours despite the overpriced rent.Also if you have a package being delivered beware. The theft that occurs here is atrocious. There are constant posts on the message board about missing packages but nothing is ever done by management to take care of it. I have even experienced this first hand with my neighbor....yes my neighbor who lives next to me. I have caught him on several occasions stealing a packages from the apartment unit on my Ring camera. I went to management with video surveillance and the apartment number and their response was “well we can’t do anything about that. You would need to take it up with authorities” even after that was already done. Disgraceful. They don’t care. All they care about is sending out mass emails at the beginning of the month reminding you that rent is due (like a resident would forget that).

Went in and got helped out by Gabrielle, she was very nice and informative the best experience I’ve had apartment hunting in a while. The complex itself is quiet and close by to everything I need! The apartment I visited was up-kept and was very spacious. Definitely making my decision with her when I come back.

Michelle was excellent. Really nice and sweet, she got us in a really good trip around the place on a 2 bed 2 bath beautiful place felt very comfortable, really good instalations and it’s very close to everything. Universal is close and we love that!!!We felt well taken care of and hope come back. I wouldn’t choose anyone else but her as my agent, thank you.
