Claudia and Abdul were so incredibly friendly and genuine when helping me resize a watch. I ended up getting a new watch too. Great selection. I feel like this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend

For anyone visiting in Orlando, do know that there's a lot of construction work that is occurring Pointe Orlando that is causing the pedestrian walkways to divert to avoid the project. To get access to Tharoo & Co., all you do is park in the parking deck and take the pedestrian marked walkway directly to Tharoo. My wife and I had a great experience here again. Really awesome personalized service. Do call Tharoo as appointments are (for a short time) recommended at least during the heavier parts of the project.

Where do we begin. We stopped into this beautiful jewelry store and as we entered we were greeted by the owner and his wife. They helped us pick out some sunglasses Dan earrings. And my son was so stuck on wanting a chain. He’s 6 and just not there for the responsibilities of being able to have one. The owner went out of his way and gave my son a small little necklace chain and it made his day! They were amazing and I will absolutely be back! Thank you so much for your generosity with our son and the kind conversation and the amazing experience in your store!

I have been a devoted customer of Tharoo & Co. since the early 80's when they were located on Church Street in downtown Orlando. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and given their undivided attention whenever I am shopping there. Service has also always been unsurpassed in the Orlando market, and this makes shopping for anything at their store a pleasure. One knows that they will receive the best value for their money and this is because of the integrity with which Mr. Tharoo does business. He is a man who definitely values his customer and creates an atmosphere where one wants to return again and again.

We drove over an hour out of our way to visit this store as we needed a battery from an authorized Rado dealer.The service was outstanding, and everyone there was very friendly and professional! We told them on the phone that we were driving from far away, and the owner stayed late because he knew we were driving so far for the repair.We will definitely be back to this business for our future jewelry needs!Thank you so much again for fixing the watch up, and look forward to being a repeat customer!!!

Mr Abdul and Ms Claudia were a delight. We visited his store to get a birthday present for my husband and ended up staying for over an hour! And I'm very pleased with everything we bought. P.S. We bought more than we planned for and we don't regret it. We plan on visiting again when here again next year.... we love you!

Brought my husband a new citizen watch from Tharoo Jewelry store. I got new MK sunglasses and MK earrings. Abdul and Natalie welcomed us both and helped us find everything we wanted.
