I bought i beach tennis raquet on Amazon with them. They sent in the package a $15 gift card. Never answered my e-mail with instructions how to use the coupon. Don’t trust on their offers. Customer care terrible.

Great place specialized. We always find something original and good quality. The place its huge so always its without too many people.The staff its friendly but they are always talking and something you have to interrupt them to ask for something.

Went shopping with friends looking for men's tennis shoes. But they didn't have a great selection. Each pair he would choose in his size was not in stock. He eventually found one that was. Yay! Limited selection make you have a long experience.

Staff at Orlando store confirmed we could get racquets restrung same day. Only to find out that when we arrived to drop off the racquets they said we would have to wait a day. Nevermind! Took them to USTA down the road and will take all of our other business to Tennis Express or other shops.Disappointing to see this level of poor service.

Walked in with the intention of buying a new racket, upon walking in no one greeted me ( that's fine , it happens) I was looking at rackets available and I had questions so I waited and tried to make eye contact with some of the employees and they kinda avoided looking my way and where looking at their phones... So after 10 mins of no service I decided to leave ??♂️
