Everytime I visit Orlando I stop at my favorite tennis store for all my tennis gears and apparel.

Store is nice and has a wide variety of products. However, the people who work there are rude and not well trained to deal with the customer.

I bought i beach tennis raquet on Amazon with them. They sent in the package a $15 gift card. Never answered my e-mail with instructions how to use the coupon. Don’t trust on their offers. Customer care terrible.
